Earlier we started our look at the 55 faces of 15u, based on the games and players that I was able to see at the event. He was so strong, especially with the ball in his hands. Rusk could simply bulldog opponents and establish position both offensively and defensively. He was an aggressive player with a definite downhill style to his game. He was able to beat the defense down the floor in transition for an easy bucket. Ellis had a pretty drive and dish as well. He had a rare combination of size, strength and athletic ability that made life tough for opponents. He's a strong and physical young man, but has soft feet and can play with touch on the offensive end. He was one of the best shooters I saw in the approximately 7 gyms that I visited this weekend. He played with a fire and determination that was admirable. Sabaugh thrived in physicality. He was relentless when it came to pursuing position and going after rebounds and loose balls.
