Baird remains in the 2027 rankings as a combo guard to know at Quality Education Academy. He’s a highly underrecruited guard who knows how to finish tough around the rim given his athleticism. He does well running the floor in transition for easy scores in the paint and continues to develop his game as a perimeter threat and playmaker. He’s been an impressive piece in the QEA Regional rotation with his ability.

is a strong, physical guard who excels in his role as a finisher through contact and elite perimeter defender. At 6’3″, Baird has got the length and size to apply some serious on ball pressure and cause disruptions defensively. He’s got some exceptional footwork and lateral quickness for a prospect with his body type and utilizes that to his advantage. Baird is a gifted scorer who likes to penetrate the lane as much as he can to take it in himself or find an open man on the block. All in all, this guy is straight up a competitor who is not fun to be matched up against. While he’s positioned well to lead Quality Education to a big-time season in 2024-2025, there’s still room for him to grow. Given his competitive fire, I’m sure he’ll take the next step.

Baird is a budding prospect to get to know out of Quality Education Academy in the 2027 class as he debuts at No. 43. Don’t be surprised to see him shoot up the ranks. He’s shown he can attack off the bounce with reckless abandon to finish with authority at the rim and can also spot up on the perimeter to knock down shots and make things happen. He’ll be one to watch this spring/summer with Team CP3 on the EYBL stage.

Baird is another high-level prospect in the 2027 class with a bright future ahead of him at Quality Education Academy. He’s a strong-framed guard who can attack with tremendous pressure when making paint touches and is even more of a presence defending on the opposite end. He’s a competitor in the 336 area to get to know.

Baird is another who has recently reclassed to the 2027 year, but still deserves more attention for how he plays. He’s quick and shifty in open space, making him a primary threat in transition. He gets the cup and is a crafty finisher there, looking to go around guys with finesse rather than through them. Also an assertive and impressive playmaker with the ball in his hands, he has good vision and willingness to find teammates. He’ll be back with QEA this year and hopefully continue to increase his role behind a few impressive guards they already have.

is a name to get to know at Quality Education Academy in the backcourt. He’s a relentless driver that gets downhill and looks to finish in traffic with authority with a 6-foot-3 frame to go along with his skill set. He showed flashes of what could do this past season with 4.1 ppg, 2.1 rpg and 1.1 spg off the bench. He’ll be one to watch on the grassroots scene with Team Loyal.
