How was your season at Kingstree this year?
We fell short in the second round of the Class 2A Lower State playoffs. I hope to do better next year and my team so we can win the state championships next year.
How will it be different this season playing under the third coach at Kingstree in three years?
Well it’s going to be hard adjusting to the new plays and bonding with a new coach, but all we have to is staying focused and dedicated to working it out.
How are playing three sports helping you?
Playing three sports is great. It keeps me in shape all season long. Alston plays football, basketball and baseball for the Jaguars.
Did you play AAU with anybody?
I’m not playing this year. I’ll be busy with a lot of football camps this summer.
What skills do you need to work on to improve your game?
I would mostly have to work on passing the ball and learning to work on my shot.
How is your recruitment going?
My recruitment is coming from football with schools like University of South Carolina, Clemson, Elon, Coastal Carolina, Charleston Southern, The Citadel, and North Greenville.
