The NCAA Live Period has passed and Prep Hoops has some some news to catch up on here
in the Palmetto State. Here’s the latest with some players and were they plan on going next
season.
Rayshawn Neal has committed to the South Carolina State University Bulldogs for next season.
Neal a point guard played this past season at Legacy Charter in Greenville, SC. Neal is ranked #26
in the Prep Hoops Top 125 this season. Neal originally hails from Charlotte, NC.
“I really liked South Carolina State when I visited the campus. They really treated me like family on the
visit” said Neal.
Sidney Robinson
Sidney Robinson capped off his great high school career at Burke HS with a state championship
over Keenan HS. Robinson has signed onto play at Lander University (NCAA D2) next season.
Robinson a point guard was a 4 year starter for the Bulldogs and scored over 1,200 career points.
Robinson played the NCAA Live Period with the Premier Jammers in two Big Shots Events in Myrtle
Beach, SC and Raleigh, NC. Robinson is ranked #47 in the Prep Hoops Top 125 this past season.
Darrion Clinton a teammate of Neal at Legacy Charter has decided to play at Spartanburg
Methodist College next fall. The Pioneers recently played in the NJCAA National Tourney in Hutchinson, KS
this past March. Clinton is ranked #79 in the Prep Hoops Top 125 this past season.
Deuce Dean
Deuce Dean (2019) recently picked up a scholarship offer from Toledo according to his father Russell Dean.
Dean a Dutch Fork HS point guard is running AAU with Team Loaded North Carolina and the South Carolina
Kings this spring.
Luke Brenegan
Luke Brenegan (2017) is looking to entertain prep school according to Upward Stars Unsigned Coach
Brendan Marcell. Brenegan a All-State performer at Wade Hampton HS (Greenville) averaged 20 ppg this
season.
Jeremiah Neubia
Prep Hoops was informed by Jeremiah Neubia (2017) that he was recently offered by
USC-Salkahatchie. Neubia averaged 14 ppg this season at Wren HS.
Jordan Warlick
Jordan Warlick will continue his career at Queens University (NCAA D2) in Charlotte, NC. Warlick
recently played the South Carolina Hornets this spring on the AAU circuit. Warlick played his
high school career at Dutch Fork HS.
