New Team Rankings Top 25

How quickly things change as teams play out of their mind and get wins and some just have bad days and lose. Here are the lates Top 25 from teams across the state.   #1 Wasatch Academy   The squad is just different and it picks up good wins in the NIBC. Their team might not win every game but their players are getting better and getting exposure every time they set foot on the basketball court. They have some of the top players in the country on their team and they all share the ball and average 10 to 15 points tops per game. Proves that scoring isn't the only thing that will get you recruited. [player_tooltip player_id='1116121' first='Jerry' last='Huang'] could be a major get at the D2 level.   #2 American Fork   AF had a much needed break as they prepare to take on Santa Margarita, CA in the Damien Classic.   #3 Corner Canyon   CCHS has been stellar as they have played a tough schedule and that continues as CCHS is in Arizona and will open up against Mounatin View, Arizona. Kellen Lewis usually plays out of this world out of state.   #4 Alta   Big time win over Woods Cross as they head to Vegas for the Tarkanian. [player_tooltip player_id='1057047' first='Carter' last='Doleac'] is one of teh better role playing bigs in the state.   #5 Cyrpus   Big time gritty win over Bingham as they also head to The Damien Classic. They will play against Rolling Hills Prep, CA that will be a tough team for them. Look for [player_tooltip player_id='1057025' first='Diego' last='Mulford'] to be a big time player out in California.   #6 Olympus   These Olympus boys have been playing very well. [player_tooltip player_id='1057034' first='Dutch' last='Dowdell'] is getting it going on [player_tooltip player_id='1057020' first='Jordan' last='Barnes'] is getting everyone involved.   #7 RSL Academy +3   Inserting Stephan Osei and [player_tooltip player_id='934041' first='Lyman' last='Simmons'] at the court at the same time has really given their guards more space to work with off of screen and even in the perimeter.   #8 Layton Christian Academy +3   They will be out in Vegas this weekend and look for Souleyman Barro to have himself a good week.   #9 Sky View -1   This team is better than they get credit for. [player_tooltip player_id='1559781' first='Tanner' last='Davis'] and [player_tooltip player_id='969255' first='Logan' last='Deal'] are a great duo.   #10 Dixie -1   Really like that this team is leaving their comfort zone to play anyone.   #11 Pleasant Grove   This is the perfect time for PG to make that stride to the team we think they can be. They can lean on [player_tooltip player_id='934022' first='Michael' last='Mitton']'s great play.   #12 Springville   Slowly and quietly making some moves. Young and talented group here.   #13 Layton   [player_tooltip player_id='1057040' first='Mekhi' last='Martin'] has been stellar.   #14 Timpview   [player_tooltip player_id='934031' first='James' last='Rust'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1278448' first='Dean' last='Rueckert'] are big time and could surprise everyone.   #15 Lone Peak   Jaxon Best is proving he can shoot lights out. [player_tooltip player_id='1146666' first='Chamberlain' last='Burgess'] starting to develop and [player_tooltip player_id='1146663' first='Ike' last='Staley'] is good.   #16 Woods Cross   Mason Bendiger is starting to really play well. He needs more touches moving to the rim. Kaden Eberheart has been one of the better role players on that team.   #17 Farmington   [player_tooltip player_id='1057024' first='Paul' last='Beattie'] has been such a good player to build around, especially if you have shooters. Farmington has been better than expected this year.   #18 Fremont   [player_tooltip player_id='1115931' first='Hunter' last='Hansen'] has been carrying the team but when they really spread the scoring they are dangerous.   #19 Westlake   Westlake has been hanging tough. They will have a lot to prove come region.   #20 Snow Canyon   This [player_tooltip player_id='1384536' first='Owen' last='Mackay'] led team is different and they way they are playing around Mackay has been impressive.   #21 Juan Diego Catholic   Dorelle Desire and [player_tooltip player_id='1190621' first='Noah' last='Bendinger'] have been great this year and they are getting great minutes from the role players on the squad. Remember this team will play 5A this year in the playoffs.   #22 Lehi   Another team that is quietly doing their thing. Do not sleep on them. [player_tooltip player_id='1057037' first='Cooper' last='Lewis'] is a big time shooter.   #23 Davis   Davis has been good. Love what we are seeing from the youngster Coleman Atwatter and the vet [player_tooltip player_id='1548360' first='Zach' last='Fisher']. Both are college skilled hoopers.   #24 Syracuse   [player_tooltip player_id='935898' first='Kaden' last='Ericksen'] still has not reached his potential this year so beware and stay tuned this team can really go.   #25 Cottonwood   Here they come and they are led by [player_tooltip player_id='1384525' first='Chris' last='Cox'] who is a no brainer D1 kid, just gonna sit and wait to see where he goes.
