Expert Analysis
Jay Anderson | Prep Hoops Scout
Young has seen his recruitment heat up over the past few months as one of the more lethal scoring guards in the 2026 class. He’s generated offers from Illinois, High Point, East Carolina and a few other MM/LM programs at the DI level given his ability to knock down shots on all levels and make winning basketball plays. He’ll be headed to Huntington Prep this fall but in the meantime, he’s a prospect to keep an eye on with Team Thad on the EYBL scene as Peach Jam gets underway.
