50↑41 Tolever is relentless on the backboard. The gangly forward is one of the best pure rebounders we have in the state. Tolever’s energy and effort has been rewarded with an almost 10 spot bump in the rankings.

I was impressed with Tolever’s ability this weekend. He did a good job, of showing what he’s good at, while working on additional parts of his game. As always he rebounded the basketball relentlessley, grabbing in traffic and out of area boards. He also displayed a new found perimeter game, handling the ball on wings and in transition, while showing the ability to defend on the perimeter.

Tolliver was recently a member of my Top 10 Glass Cleaner team and he showed why. He plays with a relentless motor and it is highlighted most by his rebounding ability. The long armed forward won a ton of 50/50 rebounds for a Clark team that has the feel of a 4A contender.

Tolliver is all arms and effort and I love it. He got terrific experience last season for Clark, and brings a tenacious attitude. He’s one of the better pure rebounders in the class, already showing he can score off putbacks. Addiding another dimension will go a long way to establishing himself as a breakout candidate.

Tolliver was amazing on the glass, the long, rangy forward remained active on both the offensive and defensive boards. His height and wingspan made him a problem to control. He grabbed multiple in traffic rebounds that he had absolutley no business getting.
