2023 Rankings: Biggest Movers

Newport has a bunch of young talent but Marquez will need to be a leader for them this season as they are a true dark horse to win the 9th region with their combination of athleticism and skill level. A u0022dogu0022 of a point guard, Marcus applies pressure on the defensive end and is hard to keep out of the paint when he's got the ball in his hands. He's better than average as a three point shooter and is a reliable free throw shooter and he gets to the line a lot.
