Palmer checks in at the #1 overall spot after arriving from Hillcrest Prep. The 6-foot-6 guard is a solid all-around player who enjoyed a fruitful run of play on the grassroots circuit.

Bizzelle is making a name for himself based on his consistency. Those in the Baltimore area are familiar with him, but it could be just a matter of time before he becomes a household name to the broader DMV audience.
#19 | Machi Chester Machi Chester 6'3" | PG Friendship Collegiate | 2024 State MD | Gwynn Park
Chester joins a talented Gwynn Park squad that has 5 players listed in our 2024 Rankings. Expect him to provide reliable guard play on both ends of the floor for coach Rob Garner.
#29 | Tremayne Hawkins Tremayne Hawkins 6'7" | PF Grace Brethren | 2024 State MD | Grace Brethren
Hawkins popped on our radar this summer. It doesn’t take long to watch him play before you notice his ability. With his main selling point being relentless effort, Hawkins is a pure athlete with natural tools that can’t be taught.
#34 | Logan Suber Logan Suber 6'0" | PG Mt. Zion | 2024 MD | Mt. Zion
Suber was one of our favorite finds from the summer. He is a heady point guard who is a difference-maker on both ends. Suber averaged 10 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 turnovers in 5 games at DMV Live.
