Here are some top GameChangers:
Michael Crawford — SG — Pittsburgh Pioneer Elite — 2024
Crawford is such a dynamic scorer. The shooting guard is now a veteran of multiple Prep Hoops tournaments. He seems to impress and improve each time he steps on the court. I love how the SG is able to slash to the rim and make difficult layups. He uses his athleticism and speed to blow by defenders and get buckets.
Drew Daoust — PG — Wisconsin Crusaders — 2025
I love everything about Daoust’s game. The point guard just does everything right. He is such a slick passer and ball handler. When Daoust in on the court, Crusaders’ offense runs so much smoother. The point guard has also shown an ability to catch fire as a scorer. He can knock down outside shots and convert on layups in the paint.
Isaiah Mahal — PG — Minnesota Heat — 2025
Mahal was super impressive this past weekend in Atlanta. The point guard is a true two-way prospect who gives 100 percent effort on both ends of the court. On offense, he can drain outside shots and use his handles to get downhill and attack the rim. On defense, Mahal isn’t afraid to sacrifice his body for the success of his team.
Caleb West — SG — Magnolia Elite — 2024
I was super impressed with West’s overall offensive game. The shooting guard has a strong build, which he uses to make difficult layups through contact. When West is able to get momentum going towards the basket, there are not a ton of defenders that are willing to step up and get in his way.
Devin Ikeda — PF — Iowa Barnstomers — 2025
Ikeda is a prospect who I saw a lot of potential in this past weekend. The Iowa Barnstomers prospect is poised to develop into one of the better prospects in Iowa’s 2025 class. He rebounds well on both ends, can block shots, and has shown an ability to score around the hoop. I look forward to keeping an eye on Ikeda moving forward.
Mark Zackery — PG — Team Teauge — 2025
Zackery is going to be something special. The 2025 point guard is extremely talented. In the open court, he is very fast. There are not many defenders that will be able to keep up with him in transition. The PG is also an incredible on-ball defender who uses his speed to stay in front of his man and create steals. College coaches should keep an eye on Zackery moving forward.
