About Kaden
Expert Analysis

WHY?
He has evolved into more of a point guard and this goes along nicely with his outside shooting. Kaden is a shot-maker and he is creative around the basket. He sets the pace, plays with speed, and makes positive things happen with controlled aggressiveness. Kaden was impressive last summer and I am excited to see his progression.
How is he on the defensive side of the ball?

He was remarkable on both Saturday and Sunday. On Sunday, Flavin scored 18 points, hit two triples, and was 2/3 from the line. He looked deadly in the catch-n-shoot game. Kaden is an in-rhythm shooter and his release is buttery-smooth. I was also impressed with his footwork. He scored via the slash and he put up points in transition. Flavin set the tone early and he stole the momentum on Sunday morning. He is not just a scorer, Kaden is a creator and a passer. Flavin dropped multiple dimes as he found slashers and shooters. He had no trouble breaking down the D and his floater game was impressive. Kaden was a STAR at the Takedown. PHD is expecting big things from Mr. Flavin this winter!

I was told that Flavin was on the verge of having a monster game and that is exactly what happened this morning. Early on, Kaden delivered a no-look dime that was reminiscent of Steve Nash or Jason Williams. Multiple times, Flavin sliced through the D like a hot knife going through butter and he dished assists at the end of the play. He also scored around the hoop. His best bucket came in the first half when a defender came across the lane to block the shot, Kaden flipped it up and over the D, and he kissed it off the glass for a basket. It was a sick finish! He also cut for baskets. We can not forget about his shooting. Flavin cashed in from beyond the arc. I like his flow, skills, and swagger. This kid is a baller.
