He went for 12 points in the blowout win over MN Chill. Carter is an exceptional athlete and his arms are long. He hustles and gives extra effort. Tamari blocked a shot with quick reaction time. He tipped in multiple offensive rebounds because of his excellent anticipation & timing. I knew things were going Carter’s way when he attacked, was fouled (no call), fell down, threw up the shot in desperation, and it still went in. That was an impressive display of coordination and concentration. I liked how he ran the floor and scored with both hands at the rim. Tamari is a player to watch in Minot.

This was my first time seeing Carter and he is legit. He has long arms and is athletic. Tamari is a hustler, creator, and a playmaker. His best play came in the first half. His teammate shot and missed, Carter went up with 1 hand, somehow grabbed it, and threw it out to a teammate on the wing. He did it all in the air and in 1-motion. His teammate made the 3-pointer, it was a crazy play! Carter slashed to beat the D and he showed unselfish eyes. It appeared that his head was always on a swivel. Tamari got after the boards, gobbled up loose balls, hustled, and he dove on the floor. His biggest shots came late in the game from the charity stripe. Carter knocked them down and he put the game on ice.
