Stormo was moved back too far in the last update. I went in and dove into around four more Hamlin games and Stormo’s two-way ability was a key piece into Hamlin’s success. He’s a quick and agile defender with solid size and physicality. His offensive game is something to speak of as well, as his career ends. He’s a catch-and-shoot weapon from range, a one-dribble three-ball creator, and is lethal off the dribble with a pull-up game that was one of the best in the entire state.

Stormo is showing a ton of offensive firepower in his Senior season. He’s especially aggressive from three range, making four for 18 points (7/13 FG) (4/8 3PT) and six rebounds. He’s showing some off the dribble pull-up game and is an active cutter looking for buckets at the hoop. Stormo is an active rebounder that will attack the ball and has rebounding range.

will be the impact point guard that he is, but someone else will need to fill the gap with the loss of Tyson Stevenson. I think Stormo has an eye-opening season and can be a feared scorer in class A, with all the other ways he impacts the game. For Hamlin to make another run, I think Stormo will need to be big down the stretch.

He looked great with Hoop City and I admire/respect his execution on the offensive end of the floor. Stormo knows where to be on the court, gets to his spots, and hits his shots consistently. Calling this kid tough is an understatement. He never backs down. Evan is an accomplimished shooter but he scores from all levels and is not afraid to work for buckets inside the paint. Stormo battles for boards, is versatile/reliable/persistent on defense, and he can score the rock from every level. I like that he can score moving off the ball but also create his own shot. Evan is a creator, a distributor, and a 2-way dawg who makes everyone around him a better player.
