The Titans jumped out to a 21 point halftime lead by pouring in 52 points in the first 16 minutes. Louisville commit D’Ante Davis scored 23 points for Warren Central, but it wasn’t enough to mount a second half comeback. Tech would go on to win 81-68 on the back of a balanced scoring attack. Rasheed Jones Rasheed Jones 6'6" | SF Arsenal Tech | 2022 State IN led the way with 17 points, while Dayveon Turner Dayveon Turner 5'11" | PG Arsenal Tech | 2022 State IN added 16 and Reggie Bass Reggie Bass 6'4" | SG Arsenal Tech | 2022 State #175 Nation IN had 14.

There is a ton of buzz around this Cathedral team entering the season. It will be interesting to see how they look in game one with a lot of expectations on their shoulders. This is an awesome season-opening matchup at the 1A level between sectional opponents. #3 North Daviess features junior guard Jaylen Mullen Jaylen Mullen 6'0" | PG North Daviess | 2023 State IN that should put up huge numbers this season for the Cougars. On the other side, Peyton Bledsoe Peyton Bledsoe 6'4" | SF Loogootee | 2023 State IN will be one of the top scorers in southern Indiana this season. The 6’4″ junior will lead the #8 Lions in what could be a preview of a Sectional 63 matchup.
Greenfield-Central @ Beech Grove
If you are looking for an under-the-radar matchup to watch on Tuesday night, head on over to Beech Grove. Fresh off of an 18-6 season that culminated in a sectional championship, the Hornets will feature 6’6″ junior forward Anthony Ball Anthony Ball 6'6" | PF Decatur Central | 2023 State IN as one of the best athletic big men in the area. The Cougars of Greenfield-Central will have one of the best offenses in the area as well with a bunch of guys that can flat out shoot the basketball. Dylan Moles Dylan Moles 6'3" | PG Greenfield-Central | 2023 State IN is one of the best players not being talked about in the junior class and we will get a look at freshman Braylon Mullins Braylon Mullins 6'6" | SG Greenfield-Central | 2025 State #123 Nation IN who already has an IUPUI offer.
