The Burlington School:
The Spartans are back and loaded once again as they look to repeat as 2A State Champions led by Kobe George Kobe George 6'3" | PG Winston-Salem Christian | 2023 #213 Nation NC , Zion Walker Zion Walker 6'2" | PG The Burlington School | 2024 State NC , Kendrell Brooks Kendrell Brooks 6'2" | CG The Burlington School | 2022 State NC and add size in the frontcourt with Avion Pinner Avion Pinner 6'9" | PF Concord Academy | 2023 State NC , Michael Nwoko Michael Nwoko 6'10" | C Prolific Prep | 2023 #142 Nation CA-N and Amare Miller Amare Miller 6'7" | C The Burlington School | 2022 State NC . They’ll be a competitive group onc again as they look to make it back-to-back crowns.
Wayne Country Day School:
Collin Tanner Collin Tanner 6'6" | SF Combine Academy | 2023 State NC and Kayleb Coles Kayleb Coles 6'6" | PF Wayne Country Day | 2024 State NC are a few new faces looking to make their mark in the Wayne Country Day rotation. Jordan Cooper Jordan Cooper 6'1" | CG Wayne Country Day | 2023 State NC is the leading return name that should take a leap after a productive summer with All Carolina. They’re another competitive group that made a deep run in last year’s state tournament.
Trinity Academy Raleigh:
Noah Ross Noah Ross 6'6" | SG Trinity Academy (Raleigh) | 2022 State NC (UNC-W) and Sam Perez Sam Perez 6'7" | PF Trinity Academy (Raleigh) | 2022 State NC (High Point) look to be a lot more competitive with Kevon Vanderhorst Kevon Vanderhorst 6'1" | PG Trinity Academy (Raleigh) | 2023 State NC running the show at the point guard spot. Trinity Academy will have an experienced cast of prospects for coaches to get a look at this year.
Westminster Catawba Christian:
M.J. Collins (Virginia Tech) and Richard Black are one of the top backcourts at the 2A level and will be worth keeping eyes on down at Westminster Catawba Christian. They’re an underrated group to watch in the NCISAA with some other young names to track.
