The rankings are out! The updated PrepHoops Nevada C/O 2022 rankings have been released. These are our most extensive rankings to date with 98 players making the list. Several players used strong Springs to rise in the rankings. In this article, we take a look at some of the stockrisers on the list.

[player_tooltip player_id="859648" first="Jamir" last="Stephens"] 6’0 CG Desert Pines 12↑ - 10 - I think this could be a bigtime breakout Summer for Stephens. The skilled combo played well during the Spring, showing improved handle, and wiggle in his game. Coaches looking for two way backcourt players should keep an eye on him.

[player_tooltip player_id="712123" first="Elijah" last="Johnson"] 5’10 PG Durango 13↑ - 11 - His speed is definetly a factor. Johnson is one of the fastest players with the ball in his hands, and when you combine that with his defensive ability, he’s played himself into a prospect of some level.

[player_tooltip player_id="1137209" first="Desean" last="Moreno"] 6’4 SF Spring Valley 58↑ - 24 - The athletic wing has benifited from playing on the Prep Hoops circuit. His ability to defend and finish in transtion, could prove to be a valuable comidity to some program.

[player_tooltip player_id="1132370" first="Benson" last="Levitt"] 6’2 SF Moapa Valley 80↑ - 73 - Saw Levitt play some in the Winter, and was impressed with his size and ability to move. He’s held his own while playing against good competition with the Las Vegas Olympians.

[player_tooltip player_id="859649" first="Aaron" last="Price"] 6’7 SF Liberty 6↑ - 4 - I’m thinking this is the Summer coaches and scouts will get to know [player_tooltip player_id="859649" first="Aaron" last="Price"]. Big time R&J athlete, with evolving wing skills.
