Guards/Wings
Travis Green III Travis Green III 6'2" | SG Hazelwood Central | 2024 State MO 6’1″ Whitfield: The young all-purpose player was one of the most active and energetic players that I watched all weekend. He was always around the ball and making things happen. He could handle the ball as a playmaker, play off the ball and defend at a high level. He has good athleticism to go along with his high motor. He’s definitely a kid you want on your team if you want to be successful.
Blayne Harris Blayne Harris 6'4" | SG Jackson | 2024 State MO 6’3″ Jackson: The young shooting guard had a very nice weekend. He has good skills on the perimeter and some toughness to go along with it. He shoots the ball at a nice clip from 3-point range, but he also made a lot of positive plays off the bounce. He also moves well without the ball to make himself available.
Gianni Ferentinos 6’3″ Webster Groves: A solidly built wing player who can really light it up from 3-point distance when he is one his game. He has a lot of confidence in his shooting stroke as he will let it fly from 25 feet when he has it going. He is a solid rebounder from the guard position who will also get after loose balls.
Colby Gates 6’0″ Capital City: A young guard from Mid-Missouri who impressed me with his shooting range throughout the weekend. He was knocking down 3-pointers throughout the event with extended range. He was shooting it well off the catch and in transition.
Forwards
Holden Souter 6’6″ Whitfield: A talented young post who really knows how to play the game. He screens well and knows how to roll and slip into the open spaces. He has good footwork and he can finish inside with a variety of moves. He also threw down a few nice dunks in traffic. He’s mobile and he is always in the right position.
Bryant Moore 6’4″ Confluence Prep: A bullish young power forward who excels in the power game around the basket. He’s big and physical and was very effective with the bully-ball around the basket. He was overpowering seniors inside on the way to getting buckets. He has good mobility to go along with his physical strength.
Nassir Binion 6’3″ CBC: A bouncy young forward who has plenty of athleticism and a high motor to go along with it. He handles the ball well and can create a play off the dribble, especially when it’s time to get to the basket. He stays active on the boards and can block a shot. He’s very good in the transition game where he can get out and run.
