One of the few committed prospects from this event, Collins was getting after it as an isolation scorer for his team. Tough to keep in front and with the athleticism and strength to finish once he gets a step, Collins was giving the defense fits all morning. I expect Collins to be one of the top players in the Licking County League this winter, trying to lead Utica to one of their best seasons in school history in 2022-23.

Collins was one of the few prospects entering the expo already committed as the Utica senior is committed to Delta State. He showed exactly why he’s one of the best players with an offensive showing to remember in the last game of the day. Finishes through contact and blew by guys with an explosive first step. Sliced and diced defenders and used his slightly bigger body to overpower smaller defenders.

Another committed prospect who stood out on the Prep Hoops Circuit, Collins was a standout for Mid Ohio Pumas Sliemers. Collins is a solid athlete who has some impressive self-creation and passing skills. After a big weekend in July, Collins got his first offer and took it shortly after. A small school standout, Collins will be one of the top players in the Licking County League in 2022-23.
