Brown is an extremely athletic guard who can at times take over a game. Jamarie really elevates up on his jumper from the mid-range. He has good length to be disruptive in the passing lanes while picking up a number of deflections. Jamarie at times needs to put it all together to be that top notch player he can be.

Brown really played flawless here today with his play from the backcourt. Jamarie played within his game, and it really showed in the final outcome. He finished with 22 points on 9-11 shooting from the floor and connected on 4-5 from downtown. Jamarie didn’t look to force and really made good decisions all day long in the win.
The Bruins really turned it on in the 2nd half and pulled away in the win.

Brown brings really good athleticism to the floor with his play. Jamarie has a very solid mid-range game where he has no problems getting his own shot off. Brown seems to excel in an up-tempo style of play where he can get out and create opportunities. Jamarie has good length and wingspan to be disruptive at times in the passing lanes. Brown has great elevation on his shot.

Jamarie had a very productive summer during the Scholastic Period with South Florence and the Grassroots Periods with a few of different teams. He eventually found a home with Upward Stars SE Pee Dee, and the fit was great. Brown has one of the longer wingspans of any guard in the state, which is a huge plus on the defensive end. Jamarie is also a more than capable scorer on the offensive end, and a highlight waiting to happen at the rim.

Jamarie had some very solid showings at times this past Grassroots season and during June play with his Bruins teammates. Brown has great length and athleticism to attack the cup from anywhere on the floor. Jamarie has a nice mid-range game which really showcases his ability to elevate on his jumper.
Brown can explode at many moment on the floor with his ability to score the rock. Jamarie will create his own shot and for his teammates with his crafty passing skills.

Brown made the move this grassroots season from Upward Stars to the Charlotte area-based program. Jamarie really looks to score the ball and was able to do just that today. He dropped some floaters along with creating some separation on his jumpers. Brown does a nice job of getting elevation on his shot.
Jamarie made some crafty passes today for his squad.

Brown and the Bruins will be playing in the post season this time around. Jamarie really does a nice job of elevating up on his shot and playing from the mid-range. He has a good quick release from the perimeter. The Bruins currently (14-11) secured a #2 spot from the region heading into the playoffs. Brown is currently 14.5 ppg this season.
