Jaedyn has been stellar so far this season for Pullman, helping lead the team to a solid season so far. Everyone already knows he can shoot it lights out from deep, but he is an overall scorer. He can get his shots at all 3 and even gets his teammates involved easily. He can take over a game with ease, especially with

I love this kids game and work ethic. He didn’t become what I consider the best shooter in the state without work. Refer to the video for evidence – which is impressive. He is off to the start I would expect. He is averaging 29 points a game, while shooting 28-57 (49%) from three. He is shooting a ridiculous 62% from the field. He has added 7.2 rebounds 2.3 assists and over 3 steals a game. He has had games of 37, 43 and 35 points to start the season to name a few. Now let’s get to the game he displays on the court with high level consistency. First of all, he has great length and is a good athlete. An underrated athlete who is throwing down dunks-on people’s heads as the saying goes. He is a shooting guard with point guard handles. They say every team needs a shooter. Here’s one who scores at all levels, is a leader on and off the court and a proven winner. He has his Pullman team off to a 7-0 start after finishing runner up at the 2A state tournament last season. He is not a shooter, he is a scorer who is arguably the best shooter in the state. See the video – Heavy ball. It tells me that he is not satisfied. He is going to continue to work on his game with purpose. I wouldn’t hesitate to offer him up and let him go to work.

Jaedyn is a stud on the court. He’s a player who can score at all 3 levels and is extremely efficient from the field. He creates well for his teammates at the same time, too. Against Freeman HS, he shot the ball 15/20 from the field finishing with 37 points and the BIG dunk that is linked below. He has D1 skills, if you ask me. College coaches would be lucky to land him.

The senior sharp-shooter scored 37 points in a win over Freeman. I could have guessed it was only a matter of time before he dropped over 30 points. He is a scoring machine for Pullman with unlimited range. I’m more impressed with his overall game as a combo guard who does everything well. He is possibly the best shooter in the state but he can also do a lot of things well. He is a good ball handler and can run the point if needed. He is long and athletic, which he can show off in the open floor finishing with a dunk. He has a great basketball IQ and is a tireless worker. He puts in the work, and it’s paying off. He is a legit college prospect and the level keeps growing. In my opinion he can play at any level and be successful. All teams need shooters. How about an athletic and long one who can create his own, shoot it from 28 feet and handle the rock.. Pullman is my early season favorite at the 2A level and they are off to a 3-0 start.

I mentioned he is the main reason I have Pullman as pre-season favorites. He is widely known as one of the best shooters in the state at any level. He does all things well, and is also my pick for player of the year in 2A. He plays both guard spots and is an excellent ball handler. He scores off the dribble and can pull it from anywhere. He pulled up from about 25 feet going to his left and drilled a three at the buzzer against Tumwater in the playoffs last year. It was a tough shot and one not many players make. I don’t necessarily think it was out of the ordinary for him. He makes tough shots on a regular basis. He can free himself with the dribble or catch and shoot. He can score on mid-range jumpers and get to the rim. He is a good athlete. He is long and quick. He will give Pullman a chance to win every single night. Something they might do. He is one of the best guards in the state at any level.

He’s also one of those that plays the ball in hands scorer position. No, it’s not a real thing but I think it describes the urgency in which I am trying to explain these bucket getters. One of the best shooters in the state, without question. He is a better athlete than anyone who tries to guard him might know until after he drops 30. He will build on his 19PPG from a year ago and look to get his team back to the championship game, where they lost to a tough Lynden team.

If there was a version of “Sprawlball” for high school hoops there would surely be a chapter on Brown’s jumper. He led 2A Pullman to the State Championship game last season and though they fell short of winning it all, Brown and his team laid the foundation for a big run in 2022-23. He’s an elite shooter off the catch, off the bounce, and has great quickness in tight spaces to create room and get his shot off. He should score at a high level again but also shows phenomenal vision and fight that makes him a great leader for the Greyhounds.

He is that shooter I mentioned. One of the best shooters in the state regardless of classification. He got 22PPG last season and he will no doubt up that in his this year in his senior season. I feel like I am selling him short by calling him a shooter. He’s a scorer. He understands how and when and where to put points on the board. He can drop a quiet 25 before you know it, and he’s likely to do that and more on a nightly basis this season. The offers are coming in and he is worth the price of admission. Tough player, he’s on my short list for 2A player of the year.
