They have teams of all ages and they do a great job of developing players at all ages. Coach Shaun Green does a fantastic job out there. Here are a few players we will highlight that will be running with Kongo this Spring and Summer.
6’6 Henry Ihrig, Davis High School (2022)
Henry is made for the uptempo open style of play and he gets it at the high school level so transitioning over to AAU play will be an easy transition. Hnery is a big guard that moves well. He can get out and run and he will light-it up from deep. He is more of a 3 at the next leve but can hang with the 4’s as well. Great prospect with a ceiling that is high as he can still add a few pounds and increase his foot-speed. Look for Henry get some college looks from teams that like to run and gun.
6’2 Jake Fitton Jake Fitton 6'2" | SG Mountain Ridge | 2022 State UT , Mountain Ridge High School (2022)
Jake is an underrated guard that we think will breakout this Spring/Summer. Jake is one of those three level scorers that does a little bit of everything as well. He can hit the three-ball and go off for 5 or 6 even, but he also gets to the rim. He is a player that you need to keep an eye on or he will egt you off the ball as well. Jake rebounds and sees the floor well. Looking forward to watching him play.
6’0 Yorgio Golesis Yorgio Golesis 5'10" | SG Skyline | 2023 State UT , Skyline High School (2023)
Great young player that can score the basketball. As a PG with the ball in his hands “YG” makes some great decisions and he also knows when to make things happen. Great looking shot from all over the floor. His ability to run and see the floor is elite. He is always a threat with the ball in his hands.
6’6 Tyler Larsen, Farmington High School (2022)
Tyler has a big body and he is a tough cover down on the blocks. He runs the floor well and he knows how to keep the ball up high on both ends of the floor. Still has some room to develop but he is a big body that will see a lot of time.
5’8 Arturo Garcia Arturo Garcia 5'8" | PG Davis | 2024 UT , Davis High School (2024)
Arturo is an unseen guard that has a lot of flare to his game. When it comes to seeing the floor he is really good. He is that player that you play with that keeps you on your toes because he will make some tough on the money passes that are not always expected. He is shifty and has a great crossover. Arturo has a high motor and he knows when to pick up the pace or slow it down. Impressed with his change of speed as a freshman.
