Whyte has been on a steady ascent since the spring and looks increasingly comfortable serving as Blair's primary scorer. He was nearly unstoppable attacking the rim, earning 16 free-throw attempts and converting 13 of them. Whyte finished with 28 points on 7-for-11 shooting while adding nine rebounds, two assists and two steals. The attacking wing guard continues to establish himself as one of the premier two-way players in the class.

The freshman wing appears ready to make an immediate impact for the Clippers. An energetic 6-foot-3 player with a long wingspan and quick second jump, Gottinger can operate inside or out and has the tools to defend bigger players. That versatility should allow his team to play faster when he is on the floor. He finished with seven points on 3-for-4 shooting and grabbed six rebounds in 22 minutes. Expect his role to grow throughout the season.

The All-State guard delivered one of the weekend's best individual performances, finishing with 30 points, seven rebounds, five assists and seven steals. Although Staten Island Academy ultimately fell short against Martin Van Buren, the upstart program appears positioned for another strong season. Moschella's ability to produce across the board should make him an intriguing option for college programs, and it will be interesting to see where he ultimately lands.

A microwave scorer, Graves helped turn a two-point halftime deficit against Holy Cross into a 13-point lead entering the fourth quarter Sunday. He was particularly effective inside the arc, attacking the basket, getting to the foul line and knocking down mid-range jumpers when given space. Graves possesses the confidence and shooting touch to change a game once he gets going, and the DMV native did exactly that.

Sweeney is a smart and versatile wing who contributed in several different areas Sunday, finishing with eight points, four rebounds, two assists and three steals as Monsignor McClancy defeated Francis Lewis. The 6-foot-5 wing has solid positional size and looked comfortable handling the ball at times. McClancy should once again contend for the CHSAA Class A title, and the combination of Sweeney and fellow wing Leonard Thames Jr. will help keep the program firmly in that conversation.

Toney is another high-level scorer who already looks comfortable with his new program. The talented wing finished with 22 points and nine rebounds while showcasing ideal perimeter size and surprising explosiveness. He also shot 3-for-6 from beyond the arc. QA Academy is entering its first season, and if this weekend was any indication, the offense will feature Toney and [player_tooltip player_id='3034083' first='Jamil' last='Carter'] heavily.

The Georgia native has shot the ball at a high level since arriving at CATS, and this weekend was no different. Lee caught fire against Great Barrington, knocking down five three-pointers before adding three more against Darrow on Sunday. Shooting better than 40 percent from beyond the arc at 6-foot-5 is a skill college programs will value. Expect the talented wing to receive his first scholarship offer sooner rather than later.

One of the biggest sleepers in New York's 2027 class, Ayeye filled the stat sheet with 17 points, seven rebounds, four assists, four steals and two blocks. The versatile Long Island wing thrived in a similar jack-of-all-trades role with [program_tooltip program_id='2849037' first='Crown' last='Basketball'] during the spring and summer. Ayeye plays hard, has solid size for a wing guard and can become a lockdown defender when fully engaged. Small-college programs will push for him to enroll next fall, but if he chooses the prep route, he could play his way toward the Division I level.
