For today's spotlight, we take a look at the Anderson Indians.

Quick Hitters

Went 16-8 last season.

Lost to Greenfield-Central in Sectionals.

Head Coach Donnie Bowling starts his 7th year as head coach. The guy who will once again be leading them is junior wing [player_tooltip player_id='2538870' first='Don' last='Bowling III']. One of the sons of head coach Donnie Bowling on this team, Bowling III has always been one of the more intriguing players in the state due to his unique style and ability to score in multiple different ways. He brings back 20.1 points per game from last season.

Potential Breakout Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2470620' first='Klinton' last='South']

I think you can make a strong case that one of the best under-the-radar transfers this season was [player_tooltip player_id='2470620' first='Klinton' last='South'] making the move from Center Grove to Anderson. The 6'1" playmaking guard brings 10.1 points and 2.7 rebounds per game to the Indians this season. A very smart player with a tight handle, South should help take some pressure off [player_tooltip player_id='2538870' first='Don' last='Bowling III'] this season. He will be very impactful for Anderson.

Other Key Roster Members

[player_tooltip player_id='2538885' first='Ray' last='Bowling']

Malik Jones

Josiah Jackson

Marshawn Fuller

Samari Wills

Landon Critchlow

Lj Mcgruder
