I attended the annual AZ Compass Prep Fall League on three different days watching 15 games over those days. These teams are a combination of teams success and how they played when I viewed them. The players on teams that went undefeated or only loss 1 or 2 games are obviously placed a little higher. (Always some exceptions to the rules). As always these are NOT player rankings. Also some only played 1 game so many be lower down compared to some others who played for their team every game.

[player_tooltip player_id='3765257' first='Alexander' last='Bozikovic'] AZ Compass Prep EYBL (Pictured)

A big Croatian center is a fluid mover and has real size and strength. He can score with drop step moves, offensive rebound put backs and dunks. He walls up on defense and rebounds at a high clip. He moves well in space to defend and it is a perfect addition to the team.

[player_tooltip player_id='2878044' first='Novar' last='Byrd'] AZ Compass Prep Grind

An active power forward is a rebounding machine. Pound per pound he is one of the top board men rebounding with two-hands using his reach, length and high motor. He will score with layups and seals his man and goes up to score it quickly. He often earns trips to the free throw on sheer effort and cashes in on his free throws.

[player_tooltip player_id='2276245' first='Nizir' last='Cannady'] AZ Compass Prep EYBL

A quick on quick real point guard comes in off the bench and perfectly guides the team to a high level. The jet quick guard often bursts past his initial defenders and sucks in the defense and throws perfect lob passes, drives and kicks and slip passes into his bigs. He will score with threes and drives.

[player_tooltip player_id='2916091' first='Walter' last='Hennix III'] Phhoenix Prep

An undersized point guard is one of the faster point guards in the class. The ball is on a string for him and he will score with mid-range fall aways, pull-ups threes, hesitation moves to get to the basket with his burst, step thru and ball fakes off the glass. He collects steals and is very tough to defend.

[player_tooltip player_id='2435389' first='Justin' last='Johnson'] Millennium

A wing forward is one of the more athletic players in the class and the entire state. He will score with offensive rebound put backs, high level alley-oop dunks and runs the floor better then most in transition. He will also defend nearly every position on the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='2894935' first='Kendell' last='Stapleton'] Chandler

A fast and shifty true point guard. He plays with a good pace for the game with speed with the ball in his hands. He guides the team to a tee with control of the offense and always seems to make the correct read. He will score with threes and blow bys to the cup.

[player_tooltip player_id='2559538' first='Notorious' last='Street'] San Tan Charter

A defensive minded point guard is a fierce competitor. He is a very quick on-ball defender and collects steals and is a very good rebounder. He will score with threes off the catch and smartly cuts off the ball. He is very fast in transition and plays with energy.

[player_tooltip player_id='2362215' first='Nick' last='Zarate'] Sequoia Prep

A strong framed power forward is an inside and out threat. He controls the painted area with blocking shots and rebounding at a high clip using his broader shoulders, length and bounce. He will score with offensive rebound put backs and jumpers from mid to the three point line.
