The coaching staff whisked him around campus proudly and he attended one of Vanderbilt's greatest football comebacks in school history from the sideline. Joining him, or rather visiting Vanderbilt simultaneously, was Malachi Jordan. Jordan was raised in Nashville but continues to play high school everywhere but Nashville so you can be forgiven for not knowing of him.   After his official visit with Vanderbilt, Davis and family flew to South Bend, Indiana that Saturday night and embarked upon another official visit. Notre Dame hosted his time. Cochran is a high-academic dude with legitimate intentions of learning at college. Imagine that. A true student-athlete in modern NCAA. Shudder at the thought. Anyway, Davis concluded his Notre Dame visit and returned to Brentwood, Tennessee. Tennessee is set to host the #2 now and he intends to verbally commit to one of the finalists quite soon. Nothing is finalized, but by Monday he will be wrapped up with all of the intended visits.   [player_tooltip player_id='2291122' first='Dylan' last='Jones'] is on an official visit to Providence, one of his Final 8. Dylan is going to visit Tennessee too. [player_tooltip player_id='2291122' first='Dylan' last='Jones'] is not too far from committing also. He will sign in November too. State Champion Jones will battle Davis for 4A Mr. Basketball all season and [player_tooltip player_id='2291122' first='Dylan' last='Jones']' Bartlett team is absurdly likely to return to Murfreesboro to attempt back-to-back championships.   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Overlooked For Now</h2>   [player_tooltip player_id='2358778' first='Sean' last='Goggins'] won PrepHoopsTN Combine MVP about 18 months ago. [player_tooltip player_id='2754640' first='Zach' last='Davis'] pushed his Walker Valley Mustangs to the State Championship Game in March. [player_tooltip player_id='2708456' first='Chandler' last='Galloway'] won PrepHoopsTN Combine MVP in June. These three are winners plain and simple. Further, they are grinders. All three put in the work to excel and not one relaxes when he surpasses his goals. Of the three Davis might have the highest upside as a power combo guard. In his senior season [player_tooltip player_id='2754640' first='Zach' last='Davis'] will play the point guard thus showcasing his potential to thrive there beyond high school. Chandler and Sean are both wings with guile. They are likely D2 guys out of high school with D2+ upside.
