Last Thursday night, the Panthers Basketball Club brought back its Panthers College Showcase, this time to TCNJ's campus at Packer Hall— an exclusive invite only showcase that featured 50+ high school prospects from the 2027 and 2028 classes, both inside and outside the Panthers program and providing them an opportunity to showcase their skillsets in front of dozens of college coaches across all levels. With that being said, let's dive into some prospects who seemed to catch the attention of college coaches in the building, potentially seeing their respective recruitments pick up steam in the near future.

The flashes of a more refined and increasingly more polished inside out offensive skillset were evident for [player_tooltip player_id='2390579' first='Cameron' last='Hines']. Hines' effectiveness and production stemmed from an intriguing combination of impactful floor spacing and relentless interior activity— confidently stepping into open looks out on the perimeter, a valuable component given both his size and position, while also maintaining an active work rate on the interior, crashing the boards with consistent effort and energy and competing hard to win battles and secure rebounds.

Possessing pertinent feel for the game, [player_tooltip player_id='2504900' first='Lenox' last='Nickles'] thrived in specific areas of instinctive decision making and off ball spot up shooting, components conducive to successful point guard play. Nickles played with tremendous pace both in the open floor and attacking off ball screens, controlling the tempo of the game and demonstrating a keen understanding of when he has an advantage versus when he doesn't. Further adding value as a spot up shooter off the ball, stepping into open looks with rhythm and compact and repeatable shooting mechanics.

Confident in his scoring approach coupled with good pace off the bounce, [player_tooltip player_id='3243511' first='Finn' last='Marah'] was aggressive in looking to score. Marah maintained his scoring aggression but more often than not didn't force the action. Marrah hunted his scoring opportunities— showing a willingness to get downhill and create separation off the bounce coupled with instinctively moving without the basketball as a natural cutter to wherever he could find open space off the ball, putting pressure on the defense rather than settling for low impact possessions. His ability to pair pace and aggression with restraint allowed him to remain a consistent scoring threat without becoming overly reliant on difficult or rushed attempts.

[player_tooltip player_id='2421374' first='Lis' last='Binishi'] continues to prove himself as a seamless offensive fit, impacting the game in a variety of ways and consistently demonstrating the reliability that earns meaningful minutes.
