Freshman Showcase Team No. 3 Evals

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at the members of Team No. 3 who participated in last Sunday's Freshman Showcase, which was held at the Beal Center in Chesterfield.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3731387' first='Dallas' last='Haymore'] (SLUH): A 5'11" scoring point guard who has quickness and a sweet shooting stroke from 3-point range. He has smooth handles to create off the dribble and can also get good separation to get off his perimeter jumpers. He has three-level scoring ability with good elevation on his mid-range jumper along with his 3-point shooting prowess. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kaden Guy (Battle): A 6'1" guard from Mid-Missouri who plays bigger than his actual height with his athleticism. He was playing with a lot of bounce at both ends of the floor. He was grabbing rebounds over a crowd as he high pointed the ball very well. He also handled the ball and facilitated offense. He is a good slasher in the lane who also could hit the pull up jumper in the mid-range area.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Riley Hunter (Olathe Northwest): A 5'9" point guard from Kansas who showcased his speed and excellent offensive ability. He was good in the open court as he went coast to coast multiple times. He could also shoot it from 3-point range off the catch and off the dribble with a nice step-back move.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2381787' first='Louis' last='Huck'] (DeSmet): A 5'9" guard who is a crafty little southpaw. He has solid handles to get into the lane or create space for the step-back jumper off the dribble. He could also shoot it from 3-point range. He also had active hands on the defensive end with multiple deflections during the event.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3679482' first='Liam' last='Geroski'] (Oakville): A 5'9" guard who has good court awareness and a nice feel for the game. He had an impressive defensive player when he doubled back after a basket to steal the inbounds pass for a layup. He was also a solid ball handler who could distribute the ball.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3661193' first='Max' last='Mansfield'] (West Plains): A 6'2" guard from the SWMO area who displayed some good athleticism. He was very effective when he was getting two feet in the lane to operate. He could also knock down 3-pointers off the catch. He is also an impressive rebounder who was grabbing boards in traffic.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3729194' first='Brandon' last='Lindsay'] (Rockwood Summit): A 6'2" guard southpaw wing player who plays with a tremendous motor at both ends of the court. He has good length and he enjoyed the challenge of guarding the top offensive players in the event. He is an excellent slasher who can also pass it well. He attacked the offensive boards well to get putbacks.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3558867' first='Kade' last='Simmons'] (LaPlata): A 6'4" forward who is an excellent small school prospect. We were impressed with his ability to rebound the ball. He was getting out of his area with good activity. He made one impressive play on defense when he double back and stole an inbounds pass after a score to get another layup.
