C2C Preps: 2033 Prospects of the Rise

In this article, we'll take a look at some of the 2033 prospects who I feel have an opportunity to make a significant jump in the upcoming national rankings. As the 2033 class enters the middle school ranks and its first full year in our national rankings, these are players who have already shown promising flashes and have positioned themselves to potentially take another major step forward. Their development throughout the upcoming season will be exciting to follow as they continue to establish themselves on the national stage.    He is a player I had only a limited opportunity to evaluate this past season, but there were several things that immediately stood out. His basketball IQ and overall skill set at the guard position are both impressive for a player his age. He shows a strong feel for the game and a foundation that gives him plenty of room for continued growth. If he continues developing at his current pace and expanding his skill set, he has an opportunity to make a significant jump and put together a very strong 2026-2027 season.     He is a young player I had the opportunity to evaluate a number of times throughout this past season. He possesses very good length at the wing position, plays with a high motor, and consistently shows the versatility to impact the game on both ends of the floor. Those qualities give him a very promising foundation for his long-term development. If he continues to progress and expand his overall skill set, he has a chance to make a significant jump and have a huge impact during the 2026-2027 season.     He had a very promising season and consistently showed the motor, length, and developing skill set that give him significant long-term potential. His ability to impact the game in multiple areas provides a strong foundation as he continues to develop. If he continues to grow in each of these areas and expand his overall game, he is positioned to make a significant jump and have a very strong 2026-2027 season.     He is a player I was only able to evaluate a limited number of times this past season, but on every occasion, he performed at a high level. His motor and Northeast toughness consistently stood out, along with an offensive versatility and skill set that give him significant long-term potential. If he continues to develop and expand his overall game, I expect him to make a significant jump and have a very successful 2026-2027 season.     He is a young West Coast prospect that I only had the opportunity to evaluate on limited occasions this past season, but he consistently showed several qualities that stood out. He plays with a high motor, possesses good length at the wing position, and brings a versatile scoring punch along with a strong defensive mindset. Those tools give him a very promising foundation and project well for his long-term potential. I look forward to evaluating him more extensively and following his development throughout the 2026-2027 season.     I am very high on him as a prospect, especially after having the opportunity to evaluate him at the AAU World Championships this past season. He is a strong, physical wing who plays with a high motor and possesses an ever-developing skill set that gives him the potential to become a high-level prospect in this class. As he continues to refine his game and expand his overall skill set, his ceiling will continue to rise. I look forward to watching his development and growth throughout the 2026-2027 season.
