Guard skills but will end up being a forward. Opened things up with a spot/up three from the top of the key. Followed that up by flashing some slick dribble moves to break past a defender drawing baseline. Then buried another contested triple off the bounce. Confident 3-pt shooter and buried several triples that way. Became more effective as a passer later on. In this matchup, I was a big fan of his speed to get up and down the floor. Leading to numerous fast break points. Shooting mechanics are already there as he buried multiple triples in this game. Moves really well off the ball to get himself open. Love the ability to read plays defensively. Sometimes, he looked a step ahead of the game as he intercepted several passes and was quick to close out on the perimeter. He was super effective at chasing down rebounds and boxing out. Leading to a handful of second chance opportunities. Will likely be a guard from a long-term perspective.
