2030 Rankings: SG/CG’s

He rebounds at a high clip, collects steals and blocks shots. He scores with deep threes, pull-ups from mid-range and downhill takes with contact. He plays way above the rim on the break and is arguably the top athlete in the class.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3574605' first='Isaiah' last='King'] <strong>Basha</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The top shooting guard in the class is another high level athlete with ideal size, length, twitch, defensive capabilities and can score. He will dribble drive to the basket, hit the three off the catch and has a tough mid-range pull-up off the dribble. He is a rare freshmen who may get some minutes on a top-5 AIA team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2836135' first='Myles' last='Scott'] <strong>Millennium</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Another top-end freshmen guard for Millennium is a combo who can play on or off the ball. He has decent size, good length and natural lateral quickness. The thing that stands out immediately is his on-ball defense. He plays with a big motor to compete on the side of the court and he can score. He is also a good shooter off the catch or pull from the perimeter. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3732188' first='Amar'e' last='Rocha']<strong> Basha (Pictured)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A decent sized scoring guard has a good feel for the game and he is highly skilled. He can score it many ways with threes off the catch, step backs off the dribble after he creates some space with his handle and mid-range jumpers. He can also get to the basket with a burst. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3729691' first='Jalil' last='Briggs'] <strong>Chandler</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A shooting guard who is a true two-way player. He has a nice frame with a plus wingspan, lateral quickness, strength and some toughness to defend. He sees plays developing quickly and makes reads with drive and kicks and dump offs in the lane. He is very competitive on defense and will collect steals and grab rebounds well for his size. He will rebound in and out of his area and take a ball off the glass and dribble it the length of the court. He is very crafty to change speeds and get a step on his defender to get to the basket. He can ball fake and side step and shoot from mid to the three or shoot perimeter jumpers off the catch. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
