2026 PrepHoops Oregon Expo - Team Six Scouting Report

The PrepHoops Oregon Expo took place last Saturday and this week, we will take a look at our scouting notes for each individual roster, breaking down this huge crop of talent from around the Pacific Northwest, player-by-player. Here's a look at Team 6.   Reports provided by Lorenzo Leaks    #38 - A talented team player who battles, competes, and brings a great competitive nature and attitude to a team. He has good aggressive defensive fundamentals, lateral footwork, base, and shot-blocking potential. Runs the lanes; good athlete. Offensively, a “Slasher,” with a nice stall/excelleration attack to the basket move, and draws fouls.     #41 - A talented athlete who did a solid job of running the lanes, showing he could get to the basket as a slasher while also drawing fouls in this manner. Defensively, he demonstrated he could get around the screens, with nice lateral footwork, trapping, and help side defender. He has good height, decent strength, and athleticism to compete on both ends of the floor with good team energy. Good team player for any system. Showed flashes of a nice dribble-up and catch-and-shoot 3-pointer. Good at applying pressure by pushing the basketball up the court as a facilitator.     #58 - A strong physical senior combo guard with talent to slash to the basket and finish through contact with either hand in the paint. Aggressive at times defensively; conditioning will allow him to perform in this manner the whole game. Nice “Lefty” 3-point shooter and scorer when his feet are set. A willing passer when teammates are open. Decent defensive rebounder, quick hands in the passing lanes, has some good basketball ahead of him when he gets in the running for a full game type shape, good court vision and awareness to facilitate with good passes. A good player who can become a really great player.     A talented, strong physical presence in a team's line on both ends of the floor. One of the strongest players in the event. Rebounds on both ends of the floor. Has the skills to drive to the rim as a slasher in any one-on-one matchup and take the contact too! A senior wing, capable of causing havoc on the perimeter as a defender, offensively strong in the post, Nice floater shot. If he's on the floor, you will know; his activity will show. Not many empty trips when he's on the floor.     #94 - A left-handed spot-up shooter who has good height and size to complement his slashing skills, and the ability to bring the basketball up the court and get his team into their half-court sets as a willing passer. Nice baseline shot and mid-range pull-up. Good defensive closeouts, lateral footwork, and quick hands. A good team player, rebounds on both ends of the court. Good energy competing around screens defensively. Can post up offensively too, and facilitate.     #100 - A very talented and exciting college prospect (D1/D2) to watch when he gets cooking like a microwave, instant (8-0, 9-0, 11-0 runs) offense by himself. Keith has unlimited (NBA) range, and probably has the “Best” pivot footwork (Asset/Weapon) on the offensive side in the entire Pacific Northwest. He does a good job of rebounding on both ends of the floor, has shot-blocking talent, quick hands in the passing lanes for steals, and can really get up and down the court as well. Good perimeter defender, High IQ and feel for the game. Athletically, don't sleep! He finishes those baseline dunks & alley-oops as well.     #114 - Was one of the best athletes on the floor in the games I viewed. The senior forward/center has good height and size for his position as he continues his development journey. He sets screens for his teammates, has a nice baseline jump shot, and is skillful in the pick-and-pop offense. “Athletic” and will dunk on drives to the basket (Nice Vertical Leap). A decent rebounder on both ends, which can translate to dominant rebounding if he applies himself to those efforts. Can get up and down the court with or without the basketball. Also capable of going coast to coast for the score. Can help make a team good with other good talent.     #226 - Getting physically stronger will be really vital towards his success. He has good fundamentals, along with a feel for the game, and scored on a few sneak opportunities when the defender fell asleep. He was in all the right places on the court on offense and defense, showing high IQ; however, the strength level of his opponents neutralized what he wanted to do! Great effort, positive attitude, and good team player.     #228 - A true sharp-shooting marksman whom I witnessed knock down 5-3pointers in a summer session game @ University of Oregon Team Summer Camp. Moves without the basketball to locate scoring opportunities; didn't have his best shooting performance in the event; however, he showed flashes of good denial defense. Getting physically stronger will really help showcase his other talents as a ball handler and facilitator. Conditioning and pushing the basketball up the floor will help his assists go up as a playmaker!     He did outstanding for his size and as a “PG” on the defensive rebounds. Nice job of turning the offensive player on defense, with some flashes of good trapping skills and commitment to picking players up full court. He's really fast with the basketball in transition and can distribute it to the right players. Will be even more effective and efficient with a nice floater and touch off the backboard on drives, and a few three-pointers to keep the defender honest. Good team player, attitude, and leadership.
