Who Will Be 1A Champs in 2026-27?

Similar to 2A and 3A, reclassification means they won't get a chance to defend their title as they move up to 2A - so there will be a new champ in 2026-27. One thing that will remain the same is the fact the Valley 10 will once again have the best representation among the championship challengers. Open Door Christian returns practically their entire team and Valor Christian isn't far behind, led by star point guard [player_tooltip player_id='2367062' first='Jason' last='Wu']. The Old Oregon League loses runner-up to 2A but competitors Nixyaawii and Pilot have a lot of talent coming back and should be in the mix.
