Palo Verde guard [player_tooltip player_id='2704120' first='Jordan' last='Contreras'] is quite skilled, especially on the offensive end. He works to find open shots on the perimeter and pulls the trigger if it's a clean look. Contreras also uses his court vision to dish it to his teammates, and he makes precise passes. Considering his combination of shooting and IQ, he could boost his stock in the coming months.

[player_tooltip player_id='3576793' first='Logan' last='Tabb'] ran the Palo Verde JV team last season, where he showcased his marksmanship on a regular basis. He can connect on multiple 3-pointers a game, and he's also comfortable getting to his jumper inside the arc. His consistent mechanics and efficient footwork are some of his top attributes, and it's evident that he understands how defenders will try to cover him. Look for him to make some noise with the Panthers this fall and winter.

[player_tooltip player_id='2919427' first='Keith' last='Simmons III'] is entering his second year at DPAC, and he may take the next step as a sophomore. He always plays hard and is a guy who can turn defense into offense when he collects a steal. He'll also push the pace after rebounds and will make the right pass ahead or draw the attention of the defense. While he isn't the tallest prospect on the court, he knows how to make an impact with his feel for the game and athleticism.

[player_tooltip player_id='3576795' first='Kenyon' last='Mitchell'] (pictured) can be a real difference maker on offense thanks to his next level burst, handles, and instincts. He has the ability to get downhill with ease, and can get to the rim much quicker than his matchup might expect. He's also a decent shooter and can capitalize on opportunities when there's no close out. Mitchell distributes the rock as well, and he doesn't take possessions off on defense.

[player_tooltip player_id='3576682' first='Terrance' last='Holmes'] should be a notable 2029 to watch over the course of the next few months. He is certainly one of the faster sophomores out there. And I expect that he leaves defenders in the dust often this year. He can fly right by opponents in the open court, and take it the rest of the way from there. Or he can set the table for his teammates. Beyond his play on offense, he'll likely make deflections and collect steals frequently for the Mustangs in his second season with them.
