We won't put out our first official rankings for the incoming Class of 2030 until after our Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. However, throughout the summer we have been able to get a feel for who the top prospects in the class are going to be. These are players who will likely make an impact at the varsity level right away and/or project very well to the college level as young prospects. Over the course of this week we will alphabetically release who we have evaluated so far to be among the Top 25 prospects in Indiana's Class of 2030.

One of the top prospects in the South Bend area, Northern has quickly established himself as a Top 25 player in the Class of 2030. He is explosive with the ball in his hands while maintaining pace and control in the half court. Northern is excellent playing off of ballscreens, is a talent all-around playmaker, and has proven himself already at the varsity level with South Bend St. Joseph. He is one of the best incoming freshman guards in the state.

We've written about a lot of the talented incoming freshmen in the Evansville area. However, Overton is arguably the one with the most long term upside. He has outstanding positional size as a 6'6" wing/forward with a versatile skill set that projects very well. Look for him to factor into the equation right away at Evansville Mater Dei. He is definitely a Top 25 prospect in Indiana's Class of 2030.

When looking at the top spot in Indiana's Class of 2030 [player_tooltip player_id='3704180' first='Tomarri' last='Patterson'] is one of the few names that will enter the conversation. From a pure production standpoint it would be hard to argue against him being at the top of the class. The strong, physical guard put up some huge numbers at the Charlie Hughes Showcase for Crispus Attucks High School and appears to be a go-to player for them as a freshman. He is going to be fun to watch from day one at the varsity level.

This left-handed playmaking point guard has stepped into a very talented Pike High School backcourt and earned himself minutes throughout the summer. Pritchett Jr. was a highly decorated middle school player and will likely be in the rotation this season as a freshman for Pike who will be one of the best teams in the state. His ability to handle the ball and facilitate to his teammates is very impressive for a young floor general.

Robbins quickly caught our attention the first time we saw him play in June at the Charlie Hughes Showcase with Bedford North Lawrence High School. The 6'5" guard has excellent positional size that he pairs with legitimate ball skill. He can serve as a playmaker, stretch the floor as a perimeter scorer, or utilize his size against mismatches around the basket. Look for him to be an instant impact player at the varsity level and one of the better southern Indiana incoming freshmen.

We won't release our official first set of rankings for the Class of 2030 until after our Prep Hoops Indiana Freshman Showcase. However, it is very likely that Robinson will be in the top spot in the class. The 6'6" forward has so many tools for a young prospect. He is an excellent rebounder and interior defender that also has legitimate ball skills and fluid athleticism offensively. Look for him to step in right away and be a major contributor at Lawrence North High School as a freshman.
