Talented 2030 Forwards and Posts at the Balliswife Showcase

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Prep Hoops Missouri takes a look at a talented g Hroup of Class of 2030 forwards and posts who caught our attention at the Balliswife Showcase at the Center of St Louis Sports.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3702543' first='Darnell' last='Clay']: A 6'5" forward from Principia who is one of the top incoming freshmen in the state. He has excellent length and athleticism and he plays with a lot of energy at both ends of the court. He was throwing down alley oop dunks and getting chase down blocks at the defensive end. His upside is large as he begins his career with one of the state's top programs.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Will Paulson: A 6'10" center from Francis Howell who has a big body and a bright future ahead of him. He is a true old-school five man with a nice back to the basket game. He knows how to establish his position and take up space in the low post. He has a soft shooting touch inside and he can step out and hit jumpers as well. His passing skills are also very good from the high post or out of a double team.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Will Meyer: A 6'3" forward from Clayton who plays with a strong motor. He handles the ball well and moves in the open court. He has an excellent spin move in traffic to get himself a bucket in the lane. He maneuvers well in the paint with good footwork and mobility.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Oliver Dejarovic: A 6'5" forward from Oakville who is very solid post player who was scoring and rebounding around the basket. He was very active on the boards as he collected several offensive rebounds for putbacks. He showed some shooting range as he knocked down a pair of 3-pointers off the pick and pop in the game we watched him.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Micco Freeman: A 6'0" small forward from Oklahoma who is a solidly built player with a high basketball IQ and a versatile skill set. His ability to facilitate offense was excellent as he saw the court well and dropped dimes from a variety of angles. He plays with a physical presence inside, but he also has some good perimeter skills.
