Rankings Update: Top Tier Elite Juniors

<p>The Class of 2028 is ready to make a significant impact, and it appears that the top tier of this class is exceptional. However, when you consider the entire class, it is deeper and more talented than one might initially think. I want to start with the Top Five in the class, and all of them have a chance to overtake the #1 spot, and a few of them have been there before. Including schools like Kentucky, Oregon, and Kansas. While he is 6'8", he elevates much higher than you might think. That athleticism has him finishing above the rim and above some players as well. Defensively, he is one of the best instinctual help defenders in his class, and he has great timing when he is contesting shots. Willis makes a PG's job really easy in actions and off the ball. He makes his move over to National Power Wasatch Academy. If you thought he was good the past few years, you need to be ready for him to take his game to an even higher level. Kaufisi at times reminds you of Chris Paul, the way he plays with poise and how he gets to spots. Cecil put up almost 14 PPG in the EYCL Scholastics and shot 34% from beyond the arc. With his size and strength, he is starting to become a force. He runs the floor well, and that allows him to clean things up around the rim. He is still showing some raw talent, but that rawness gives him a lot of upside. With offers from Missouri, Kansas State, and Illinois, he has a good foundation of programs ready to help him reach his potential. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Bryant possesses certain gifts that next-level programs covet. He's a freak athlete with a powerful motor and the ability to soar. In the open floor, he's ready to dominate opponents and leave them in awe. With time, he'll only improve, and he has the potential to become a versatile two-way player. Those two skills alone should be turning heads at the D1 level. Keegan might be among players ready to make a significant statistical jump this coming season. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Not only is Horsley clutch, but the kid shoots lights out. Horsley has been working on his handle, and he has looked great handling the ball. Making him one of the bests coring CG's in the Mountain West. Horsley has moved up the ranking and he looks to stay in the top 10, even with many players moving to the state. </p>     <p class="text-gray-700">[player_tooltip player_id='3102867' first='Jrue' last='Miller'] is poised for a massive season, projected to average 25.5 points and 5 rebounds while closing in on the 1,000-career-point milestone before the preseason even concludes. A pure scoring threat, Miller has a knack for getting hot in a hurry and can single-handedly take over games with his perimeter shooting.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">Keep a close watch on this rising prospect. After transferring to a new school, he is poised to make a significant leap in his recruitment. He is a high-motor rim runner with impressive physical strength, positioning himself as one of the state's premier two-way forwards.</p>
