The 2029 class has some dudes who are already doing things that translate. Shooters are pulling from deep and making defenses extend. Athletic wings are scoring the ball, then turning around and blocking shots on the other end. Guards are getting into passing lanes and creating steals. But I'm watching what happens when the shot goes up. Defensive rebounds end possessions. That matters. These young players are not finished products, but the tools are showing up early. Here are some Prospects of 2029 That Might Blow Your Mind.    Braxton Blue has the tools you want to see at 6'6” and 200 pounds. He is a knockdown three-point shooter who makes you respect him behind the line. Run him off it and he attacks the closeout. Blue gets downhill, works his way to the middle, and finishes at the rim. He is a highflyer who can play above the basket. Defensively, his length shows up as a help-side shot blocker. The frame is already there, and muscle is coming as his body develops. There is a lot to work with here.     London Jackson scorched the nets from long distance during his freshman varsity campaign. Give him space and he can make you pay from deep. Get him in the open court and the athleticism takes over. Jackson routinely put on a dunk show. Either taking it himself or climbing the ladder for a teammate's lob. Defensively, he plays the passing lanes and turns steals into transition opportunities for Harlan. The shooting, athleticism, and ability to create easy points in transition give Jackson plenty to build on.     Cameron Crenshaw recently reclassed into the 2029 class and brings some serious tools at 6'10”. Long, lengthy, and rangy. Crenshaw can step outside and adequately knock down the three, but his biggest offensive weapon right now is as a constant lob threat. His footwork inside continues to improve, and he is getting stronger around the basket. More muscle will come as his body develops. Defensively, Crenshaw is a terrific rim protector. He can challenge you chest-to-chest or come from the weak side and erase mistakes. At 6'10” in the 2029 class, there is plenty here to watch.     Jayden announced himself this summer as a consistent three-point threat. Five or six made threes in a game is not unusual. But don't put him in the shooter-only box. Ybarra can play off the ball as a combo guard, but he is at his best running the point. He gets teammates where they need to be and understands how to organize an offense. When the game gets tight, he is not afraid of the decision or the moment. He will make the big pass. He will take the big shot.     It was a year of development and progression. There were highs and there were lows. But there is no questioning the physical gifts. The athleticism is there. The strength is there. The mobility stands out. Now it is about continuing to put everything together. Continued progress. Continued development. He is a name to keep watching as his game catches up with the tools.
