NW Super 24 NXT WAVE Finals – Top 2028 Performers

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The final weekend of the Hoopsource NW Super 24 NXT WAVE took place the last Saturday and Sunday of July, where the circuit's top 15U, 16U, and 17U/18U squads assembled at the Beaverton Hoop YMCA to determine the champions. The Grant guard had defenders at his mercy as he would use his quickness and crossover moves to blow by them off the bounce to the rim or pull up from mid-range or step-back from three. It wasn't all about scoring either as Lockhart was constantly on the lookout for open teammates and he was key on the boards too. Whether is was spotting up, waiting for the kickout, and hitting the catch-and-shoot jumper or using the dribble to create space on his own, the rising junior fit right in with his new team at the Super 24. The rising junior was knocking down jumpers from deep while also balancing things out by making a number of strong drives to the hoop, absorbing and finishing through contact. The rising junior guard is a physical guard who can really attack and push the ball, and his ability get downhill into the lane was difficult for defenders to contend with.
