Returning for another summer, New Jersey Legacy Basketball once again assembled a talented group of North Jersey prospects for its annual team camp, bringing together programs for several days of competition and giving some of the state's top talent an opportunity to showcase their abilities. Hosted at Weequahic High School in Newark, NJ this year's New Jersey Legacy Team Camp provided an early look at players transitioning to new programs following offseason transfers, as well as those preparing to take on larger roles this winter, offering a valuable glimpse at several prospects who could be poised to make an impact during the upcoming season. With that in mind, here are some additional players who stood out during the second session of New Jersey Legacy's Team Camp late last week.

An elite shot making guard with fearless confidence and an expansive shot making profile, [player_tooltip player_id='2504780' first='Infinite' last='Sincere-AmenRa'] demonstrated impressive efficiency across multiple different shooting categories— particularly off the catch, relocating on second chance possessions off long rebounds and reading driving angles off penetrating guards and constantly relocating into passing windows off the ball, with deep range accuracy too. Sincere-AmenRa flashed some really encouraging moments of his isolation scoring both when the offense broke down and in PnR actions— finishes that featured soft touch runners mixed with crafty scoop layups and smooth mid range pull ups while also showcasing further damage as an outside shot maker, creating separation off the dribble from three point range for tough perimeter pull ups.

[player_tooltip player_id='2397968' first='Connor' last='Junker'] plays with tremendous confidence from behind the three point line and never hesitates to take advantage of opportunities on the perimeter and only continued to reaffirm that notion. Junker further established himself as a dangerous and versatile perimeter shooter, knocking down a number of deep catch and shoot looks. A part of his game however that's remained pivotal to his on court development the last few months having seen extensive reps as a facilitator throughout the spring and summer playing AAU is his ability to run offense from the [player_tooltip player_id='3665515' first='PG' last=''] spot— continuing to demonstrate his ability to handle a slightly larger workload in initiating offense, pushing the break in transition and organizing sets in the half court.

[player_tooltip player_id='2201947' first='Anthony' last='Gonzalez'] showcased all the qualities of a legitimate floor general, combining poise and offensive command with outstanding instincts as a decision maker, consistently prioritizing making the right play and elevating his teammates, yet remaining a capable and dangerous scorer in his own right. An aspect of his skillset that's remained pertinent to his longterm outlook has been his perimeter shooting, and that's where Gonzalez initially impressed, particularly the confidence and efficiency he shot the three ball with— stepping into in rhythm open looks, knocking down a few movement looks, and even in PnR actions when defenders went under ball screens. Gonzalez really made it an emphasis to get out in the open floor, pushing the pace for easy points in transition and finishing traffic, where he was elusive in the paint and finishing from different angles. Further impressing with not only his unselfishness as a passer but also with his passing feel and court vision, Gonzalez also created a number of open and easy drive and kick threes for his teammates.

[player_tooltip player_id='3544175' first='Byron' last='Vanterpool'] demonstrated a strong ability to generate offense through confident and efficient shot making. His effectiveness was most evident from three point range, particularly in catch and shoot situations, while he also displayed the ability to knock down outside shots off the bounce both from the perimeter and the mid range area, a jumper that features good lift and compact shooting mechanics. His combination of shooting efficiency and shot making versatility allowed him to consistently produce offense at a rate that defenses had to respect.

Having already developed quite the bit a reputation as a lethal perimeter shooting threat, [player_tooltip player_id='2391282' first='Avery' last='George']'s three point shooting remains the foundation of his offensive impact, and he wasted little time reaffirming that strength. He consistently capitalized on even the slightest openings, knocking down catch and shoot threes while maintaining a strong rhythm and high level of confidence. The high efficiency in his shooting percentages makes him a reliable floor spacer who should continue to thrive off the attention created by the rest of Seton Hall Prep's ball handlers attacking off the bounce later this winter, much like he did throughout the course of his junior season.
