The 5'11" guard moves gracefully in the open floor, knows how to play off of two feet in the paint, and does a nice job of finishing with athleticism around the rim. He's a tough, on-ball defender, knocks down threes in catch and shoot situations, and has the ability to direct an offense with the ball in his hands. He gained valuable experience at the varsity level last winter at Tewksbury Memorial.

Reid, a guard out of Kennebunk High School in Maine, is a lights out shooter from behind the arc with a developing off the bounce game. The MVP of the Maine Grassroots Basketball League, Reid makes plays with vision as a passer, a creative handle as a driver, and some touch as a finisher over size in the paint. He's at his best without the ball in his hands, using screens to get open, and showing the ability to knock down shots in bunches from behind the arc. He has good positional size and the ability to guard multiple positions on the perimeter.

Washington, a guard out of Reason Prep Academy in Massachusetts, has a chance to be one of the best prospects out of this class in the region. At 6'3", he already has great size for the position and shows the ability to play with above the rim athleticism on both ends of the floor. He's got a tight handle, fluid movement patterns, and the ability to elevate into his jumper in the mid-range. He's comfortable operating out of ball screens as a handler, makes catch and shoot threes with consistency, and has the physical tools to be a high level defender on the perimeter.

Gardner, a guard out of the Dexter Southfield School in Massachusetts, was a standout in the UAA this summer while playing with the Middlesex Magic. The 6'1" guard is a big time athlete that plays with a ton of shiftiness off the bounce, the strength needed to play through contact at the rim, and advanced tough shot-making ability. He's a big-time competitor that takes pride on the defensive end of the floor and creates steals and deflections at a high clip. Already on the radar of scholarship level programs, he picked up an offer from LaSalle this summer.

Koh, a guard out of the Groton School in Massachusetts, already has high school experience after playing at the JV level last winter as an 8th grader. The 6'0" guard has good length, knows how to play at different speeds, and does a nice job of creating space off the bounce. He's already a good shooter from behind the arc, both off the bounce and in catch and shoot situations, and shows the ability to make others better with his passing. He should be able to defend at the point of attack with his length and quick lateral movements.

Check back later this week as we take a look at wings and forwards to watch.

Our initial Watch List for the Class of 2030 is live! Which means, it's time to dive into the list and share our thoughts on some of New England's next wave of prospects to watch.
