2026 VKTRY All-American Camp: 2029 Combo Guards to Know

One of the biggest takeaways from the 2026 VKTRY All-American Camp was the depth of talent at the combo guard position in the 2029 class. Whether it was dynamic shot-makers, physical downhill attackers, or versatile playmakers capable of filling multiple backcourt roles, there was no shortage of high-level performances. Against some of the nation's top competition, these guards separated themselves and proved why they're among the names to know moving forward.    Devaney has been great all Spring and Summer long, and looked comfortable getting himself to the rim or pulling up off the move. A long wing guard with a plus wingspan and broader shoulders, Devaney is a good rebounder from the perimeter to go along with his scoring. As he continues to round out his game, he is a player that college coaches are going to want to know.     One of the biggest stock-risers of the Summer, Tait's ability to create offense for himself and others helped him earn Top-24 All-Star honors. He has an advanced understanding of how to manipulate a defense off the dribble and combined with good vision, he was one of the more complete guards in attendance.     Koffi's biggest impact was on the defensive side of the ball, where he locked opposing guards down and averaged a little over 4 steals a game across the three days. He reads the floor very well and uses his strength and quick hands to disrupt ball-handlers and force turnovers. Offensively he's a highly athletic slasher capable of playing above the rim or setting his teammates up to score.     Pitts impressed as a tough shot maker with range out past the three point line. He moved well off the ball and made himself available to drivers. When he wasn't knocking down threes, Pitts showed that he can create offense for his teammates as well.     Another smooth shooting guard with good positional size and versatility, Holt certainly looks the part of future scholarship level guard. He has a quick and compact release on his shot and is a good finisher around the basket.     One of the more pleasant surprises in camp, Shoultz is an extremely talented scorer off the dribble who can truly put up points on all three levels. He's got a great handle and twitchiness that made it nearly impossible for defenders to stay in front of him during his time at Haverford College. Keep an eye out for one of the more intriguing long-term players in New Jersey as he goes into his sophomore campaign.
