Last weekend in Texas, many prospects from all ages showed out for their clubs. That being said, some of the most impressive performances were in the younger divisions. Here are just five players that caught scouts' eyes.

Zimmer is a score-first guard who can get it in a multitude of ways. Being just under six feet doesn't stop Brody from being aggressive at the rim. Plenty of times, Zimmer got past his defender and made many tough finishes at the rim. He really showed off his right-hand finishing, whether it was a double clutch or an and-1 floater. Against an aggressive P.U.S.H. Academy defense, he had no issue dribbling around physicality. That being said, he also had no issue with being aggressive back. Zimmer was one of the hardest-playing players of the weekend, diving for loose balls and playing great defense.

Playing center for NXT Empire, Lynam projects more as a point forward as he continues to grow. Where he really excels is attacking the basket. On multiple occasions, Brody got the ball at the top of the key and was able to get to the rim, finishing with both hands. What really makes him a promising point forward prospect is his playmaking on the drive. Lynam made many great bounce passes to teammates for easy plays. Off the defensive rebound, he would also quickly get the ball up the court, even launching a few perfect full-court passes. Playing mostly on the perimeter offensively will be very beneficial as he continues to develop into a promising prospect.

Applewhite is a do-it-all point guard. He shows flashes of excelling in almost every aspect of the game, and as he develops, putting all these skills into a consistent package could make him into a star. Offensively, he's crafty around the rim with his right hand, utilizing finger rolls and floaters. That being said, he kept the defense honest on the perimeter with a pretty shot. Defensively, he has good size for his position and age, which makes him a threat on the glass. Although he had the ball slip through his fingers multiple times, he was still able to jump passing lanes and be an overall challenge for opposing offenses.

Dominguez is a big guard who is a true three-level scorer. Though needing to tighten his handle, he's got a quick first step and uses his size well around the rim, finishing over defenders. He anticipates defenders well, getting them off their feet regularly. Bryant is a good shooter who can get to his spot and rise over defenders with his pretty lefty shot. He creates space from defenders well, whether that's a leaning fade or a step-back three.

This is my second time watching [player_tooltip player_id='2869215' first='Joseph' last='Ericson'] at a camp. He is one of the most impressive passers I've seen. Standing just over six feet, Ericson is a strong guard who seeks contact on the drive. Using his bigger frame, finishing through contact came with ease for the 2028 prospect. His strength also makes him a real threat on the glass. It's important for him to rebound, as his playmaking is lethal in a fast-break setting. Ericson is overall a great floor general with impressive offensive awareness. Which makes him an exciting prospect going into his Junior year.
