They are two premier live periods for college coaches to evaluate the HS players to potentially receive offers.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>We will go over multiple categories of the 112 players and move over to</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">S7/NLI&nbsp;<strong>Scoring PG's</strong></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2386974' first='Nasir' last='Hailey'] Deer Valley (Pictured)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Saguaro transfer is a good pickup as he can score it and make plays. The point guard will blow by his defenders with either hand and takes contact better then most with his football like frame. He is an incredible rebounder for his positon and size and will score it with put backs.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2146175' first='LJ' last='Diamond'] Perry&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>One of the top PG athletes in the AIA can score the ball with the best of them. He will score it with deep threes, downhill takes with a quick first step and a strong frame to absorb contact and mid-range pull-ups. He will play off of ball screens and find teammates or will get downhill and score it with contact takes.  </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2689912' first='Kingston' last='Berry'] Saguaro&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A two-sport standout is one of their top players now. The junior point guard will score it with downhill layups in traffic with his toughness and thicker frame, he can step out and shoot the three and is good in transition.&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2146242' first='Cooper' last='Frakes'] Brophy Prep</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A veteran point now for the Broncos just knows how to play. He gets to his spots and will score with mid-range jumpers, catch and shoot threes and downhill takes with sneaky quick burst. He will also drive and kick it to a teammate.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2886380' first='Remy' last='Rose'] Carl Hayden&nbsp;</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A bigger point guard takes ball off the glass and will push it and find a teammate perfectly in stride. He will score with fall aways, threes, floaters, runners, euro steps and puts pressure on the defense to contain him. He took over a big stretch in the game I viewed of him.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='1873639' first='Grant' last='Mattingly'] Central</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A true point who processes information quickly an always seems to find a teammate in stride. He likes working off of the pick and roll game. The timing he has on his passes are next level and makes it very easy to play next to him. He averaged almost 28ppg with threes, offensive rebound put backs, he get to his spots and he is so patient to score it with either hand around the basket and can fall away from his defender and post up with up and unders.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2759167' first='Taylan' last='Owens'] Canyon View</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>He has great speed with the ball in his hands and will take it the length of the court with either hand. He will burst past his initial defender and lay it in for tough layups. His in and out dribble freezes defenders and he gets by. He will pull-up from mid to the 3pt line off the dribble and he is wired to score. He uses the pick and roll game to his advantage and will find a teammate.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2767903' first='Jacobi' last='Thompson II'] Arcadia</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A versatile guard who can literally defend every position on the floor. He averaged almost 23 ppg and scores it with threes off the catch, downhill takes off of pick and rolls, he crashes the glass with quick spring and gets to the FT line and will often grab a ball off the glass and take it coast to coast.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
