MN Lightning Herber v MN Hoop Troop 14U Prospects

All AAU spring and early summer Lightning Herber and Hoop Troop have been two of the more competitive teams. Both teams had 25+ wins in their semi-final games to meet in the finals. Lee moves well laterally and is a good ball handler combined with a good passer. Lee's size and ability to be a guard at this age gives him a great advantage. Lee also has good shooting ability and touch. Eggers playing largely off the ball drove from the perimeter for scores, hit a few jumpers, and played hard defense. Sorenson, a left-handed shooter, has very good shooting ability from the perimeter, is a very solid lead guard, and plays the point in a traditional sense while being a threat as a scorer. The Rosemount forward was active for Hoop Troop on the offensive glass contributing to winning plays and scoring into double digits in the final. Overman is agile and has good size and is just about finishing above the rim.     Jaxon DeWitte - DeWitte is a six-foot 2030 guard from Winona and [program_tooltip program_id='2075702' first='MN' last='Lightning'] Herber that plays very well on the wing as a secondary ball handler. DeWitte attacks closeouts and gets downhill well with the ball. DeWitte is athletic enough to make an impact defensively. Helder is already a pretty good athlete and strong bodied front-court looking player. Bain is an active floor runner, rebounder, and solid passer. Bain works well at the high post and shows good touch around the rim.
