Hoyt was absolutely scorching the rims on Sunday afternoon as he had one of the best individual game perimeter shooting performances I've seen this spring. Hoyt has a quick trigger on his jumper and doesn't need much time or space to launch away. While Hoyt started the game with three quick 3-pointers, his buckets in the closing moments were what blew me away. Hoyt hit multiple 3-pointers off BLOB actions and hit a tough turnaround jumper as well. Hoyt also showed good hustle when saving a loose ball to give his team an extra possession. Very impressive performance from Hoyt on Sunday.

Lutz impacted the game in a variety of ways as he's a taller ball handler and that size was beneficial in multiple instances throughout the game. Lutz was slow and patient on the ball, waiting to get to his spots and find an avenue to attack. Lutz threw assists in a variety of ways as he found a cutter, hit a shooter on a kickout and threw a quick outlet pass for an assist. Impressive all-around performance for the ninth region standout.

Another player who balled out on Sunday, Haskins almost single-handily stole the win over the [program_tooltip program_id='2075603' first='Kentucky' last='Defenders'] with numerous tough buckets in the final five minutes to tie the game, but his Team Flyght squad were unable to secure a lead. That comeback started just before halftime as Haskins hit a circus shot just before the buzzer to give his team a boost headed into the second half. Haskins is tough to guard on the perimeter as he does a nice job of changing speeds and direction on the ball. With soft touch on floaters, Haskins is proficient as a pick and roll ball handler. One of the top scoring guards in the Dayton area, Haskins should be on small college radars due to his offensive talent.

A strong wing who had an impactful afternoon for Team Flyght, Magnus had an inside-outside game that I was impressed with. Magnus started the game with a drive where he spun off his defender to score and then got a bucket as a roll man in the pick and roll. Where the inside-outside part of his game comes in is that Magnus later in the game executed a pick and roll as the ball handler where he confidently hit a mid-range jumper. Magnus late in the game went back to the spin move, this time finishing with an and-1 for his team. Intriguing prospect with a nice blend of skills.

Injuries held Wallace to just three games his junior season with Springfield but he was back in action this weekend with Team Flyght and getting back into the swing of things on the hardwood. Wallace does a nice job creating contact on his drives, which led to him drawing a handful of fouls. With impressive court vision, Wallace found open teammates across the court and is able to make a variety of passes. One of the top multi-sport athletes in the Dayton area, Wallace is set for a monster senior season in the GWOC on the gridiron and the hardwood.
