Some controlled games with their IQ, others overwhelmed opponents with their offensive skill sets, and several showed flashes of why their futures are extremely bright. Quentin plays with a level of confidence, skill, and basketball IQ that immediately caught my attention. The talented guard consistently controlled the pace of games and showed a tremendous understanding of when to attack and when to facilitate. What stood out most was his scoring versatility. He can score from multiple levels and has a knack for finding openings that others simply don't see. The versatile combo guard impacts games both on and off the basketball and consistently showed his ability to create offense in a variety of ways. His isolation scoring package is advanced for his age, and he has a natural ability to generate quality shots when defenses tighten up. He is a true three-level scorer who can hurt opponents from the perimeter, mid-range, or at the rim. His confidence as a shot-maker stood out throughout the spring, but what elevated his game even more was his impact defensively. His decision-making stood out, as he rarely forced the action and instead allowed the game to come to him. One of the biggest strengths in his game is his perimeter shooting. Once he gets a step on his defender, he becomes extremely difficult to contain. He does a tremendous job attacking gaps, finishing through contact, and creating opportunities off the bounce. His ability to get into the lane collapses defenses and creates advantages for both himself and his teammates. His offensive arsenal allows him to score in a variety of ways, and his aggressive approach ensures that he is constantly looking to put pressure on the defense. The explosive young guard does an excellent job running the show while simultaneously serving as a highly effective scoring threat. His ability to attack defenders off the dribble puts constant pressure on opposing defenses and makes him one of the toughest covers on the floor. His creativity separates him as he consistently finds unique angles and openings when attacking the basket, and defenders often find themselves out of position trying to contain him. His aggressive style generates contact, earns trips to the free-throw line, and creates momentum-changing plays for his team.
