LAS VEGAS — The 2026 Pangos All-American Camp kicked off Sunday night at Bishop Gorman high school. Camp Director Dinos Trigonis again put together a strong field of national prospects from across the country to compete in the three-day event. Below we break down the best forwards and centers we saw on the opening night of the camp.

*Note - these are players from games on Court 1 and Court 2

[player_tooltip player_id='3593547' first='Cesaire' last='Yenan'] | 2027 | Bella Vista Prep (AZ)

Yenan is of the "traditional" big man mold with most of offensive damage coming by way of the dunk. The 7-footer is mobile in transition, when setting and rolling out of ball screens and looked to dunk every catch he got around the rim. Yenan scored 20 points on 8-for-12 from the field, freed up his guards with big screens and was active on the offensive and defensive glass.

[player_tooltip player_id='2197693' first='Chris' last='Brown'] | 2027 | Dream City Christian (AZ)

Brown didn't get a ton of offensive touches but still managed to impact the game with his defense and rebounding. The 6-foot-9 forward/center made two of his four field goal attempts, including a right-handed jump hook off the glass, and showed the ability to move his feet well laterally when containing guards in ball-screen action. Brown finished with 10 rebounds and numerous altered shots around the basket.

Lewis Uvwo | 2027 | Prolific Prep (FL)

Uvwo came in as perhaps the best shot blocker in the nation and he lived up to that billing. The 6-foot-11 center is an elite rim protector with his blend of NBA-esque size, length and athleticism to go along with his natural instincts, ability to cover ground and his quick leaping ability. Uvwo is such a paint presence that players often avoided at-rim field goal attempts completely during the opening day of action. While he's still raw offensively, he was able to get in the scoring column with transition rim-runs and lobs. Uvwo finished with 10 points, six rebounds and four blocked shots.

Logan Chwastyk | 2028 | Malvern Prep (PA)

Chwastyk is a versatile offensive prospect whose ability to stretch the floor to the three-point line spaced the floor for the rest of his teammates to punch driving lanes. The 6-foot-11 sophomore also flashed his interior scoring prowess on mobile and fluid transition finishes and back to the basket buckets with either hand. Chwastyk's most impressive trait was his vision, IQ and passing accuracy that allowed him to be a facilitator and creator.

[player_tooltip player_id='3149607' first='Somto' last='Patrick'] Onoduenyi | 2029 | Modesto Christian (CA)

Patrick was one of few players who recorded a double-double on opening night and his 10-point, 10-rebound effort was mainly due to his own effort and energy. The 6-foot-9 forward/center based in Central California, used his length and activity to clean the offensive and defensive boards and score efficiently around the basket. Patrick was in constant movement looking for pockets of space to make a play.

Zain Majeed | 2027 | Mater Dei (CA)

Majeed is a smooth-shooting four-man who, at 6-feet-8 with a strong, bruising frame, can stretch the floor with the best of them in the 2027 class. Majeed's high release, deep range and sheer confidence in his shooting ability made him a dangerous perimeter offensive player on opening night. Majeed was also an effective transition and open court finisher. He finished with 14 points and added four assists.

Zion Green | 2027 | Camden (NJ)

Green is a highly-skilled four man with a versatile offensive scoring package. At 6-feet-9, the Camden High product is fluid and mobile in transition, has soft hands and touch, elite footwork and feel and didn't force the issue or take bad shots. Green was effective in face-up situations where he used rip-through and spin moves to shed defenders and get to the rim where he finished with touch. Green is also a consistent free throw shooter which is important with the amount of contact he draws in the lane. He finished with 21 points on 7-for-12 from the field and 7-for-7 from the charity stripe.
