The matchup between Centennial and Pickens featured plenty of talent on both sides, with several players making an impact throughout the scrimmage. Both programs have a lot of potential as they enter the 2026 season. Here are the guys that I believe will make the most impact throughout the year and should be watched going into July.

Bryant is a high impact perimeter scorer who plays with a high motor as well as a high awareness for the game. He lit it up from three this morning and shot it whenever he had space, I love the confidence he plays with when he steps on the court. Off the ball he moves well and is a good screen setter to free others open off flairs or down screens. He does a nice job of slipping screens as well to get some easy buckets for himself. Bryant can also really pass it in the half court, he made a lot of nice reads off attacking closeouts and playing off two. A college ready guard who could be one of the best shooters in all of Georgia.

Mumaw is a intriguing post prospect who does a little bit of everything and impacts winning at a high level. He can score it well down low and is patient, knowing how to use pump fakes and head fakes to get defenders up in the air while also using his strength to go right threw inferior defenders. He shows every so often the ability to stretch the floor from deep as well with a pretty looking jump shot. Mumaw plays with a lot of IQ as well, he sets a lot of screens that free up the shooters Pickens has in mass and also does a nice job of making inside out passes to find those guys. Defensively he is a high level rebounder and does a nice job of communicating to others. He is definitely a dream post for a small college basketball program looking to fill the 4 spot.

Mitchell is no doubt one of the best long range shooters in the entire state of Georgia. He has a quick release that just screams confidence and knows when he has the space to get his shot off. He can light you up for multiple makes from range anytime he steps on the court and will shoot it from anywhere, he has a long range shot that he gets off from three to four feet behind the line which makes him even more dangerous as a floor spacer. When it comes to his dribble drive game he knows when to attack closeouts and how to play when run off the line, he has a crafty bag of finishes in the lane and does a nice job playing off two to find open looks for himself and others. Mitchell is a guy small college programs should be all over as he can make an immediate impact on the offensive end.

Jordan is another outside threat that adds even more shooting to a Pickens team that makes a lot of threes. He is a savvy combo guard that can be valuable at both the one and two position. When it comes to scoring he can get it done in a variety of ways, whether knocking down threes at a high clip or getting to the mid range game and making some jumper off the bounce he as a threat to go for twenty to thirty points every time he steps on the floor. As a passer he is crafty as well, making a lot of high difficulty passes with ease to set up teammates for buckets. Another guy that small college coaches should be all over as a prospect.

Galloway had one of his best performances of the summer this afternoon in the scrimmage. Galloway is an unstoppable force when he we wants to get to the bucket and score, not many defenders who are able to stop a guy with his speed and the seven foot wingspan that he comes with. He uses a variety of hop steps and step throughs to score it in the lane and will also try to put you on a poster while tearing the rim off if you are not careful. Galloway also looked savvy as a passer today, making a lot of off two inside out passes for shooters and finding cutters coming down the lane. His IQ is growing as a playmaker and he is taking strides on being one of the best wings in the Atlanta area. Defensively he is a dream, using his long wingspan to block shots emphatically and deflect passes. As he learns to use the motor he lacks at the moment he will be a prospect college coaches are dreaming about.

Bellamy is a lead guard who is continuing to grow into a senior leader for the Knights. He offers a lot of the intangibles on both ends and is willing to do what it takes to win. He plays with a ton of heart and is a guy you can never fault for his effort. Today he did a great job of running a fluid offense while also scoring it himself when he had advantages. He shot it well from outside knocking down multiple jumpers off the catch. Bellamy is getting more and more crafty inside scoring with some off handed floaters as well as playing off two using head fakes to throw off shot blockers timing. He is a guy who as his IQ develops and the turnovers naturally dwindle will be one college coaches should take a serious look at.

Lister is one of the most underrated shooters in all of Atlanta. He has a quick trigger and ready hands that allow him to get his shot off whenever he wants and does not need much space to do so. He showed some spurts of being able to run the point guard spot as well today, using his ability to handle it and be vocal to direct an offense at an efficient level. Off the ball he is a smart cutter who finds himself open around the basket a lot, recognizing that other teams trying to take away his lethal jumper from outside. Lister is growing confident as a dribble drive threat as well and looked comfortable getting into the lane to score off two today. In my opinion this is a guy college coaches should be recruiting over the next year with his ability to score it and space the floor. Two of the most valuable assets you can have at the college level these days.

The matchup between Centennial and Pickens featured plenty of talent on both sides, with several players making an impact throughout the scrimmage. Both programs have a lot of potential as they enter the 2026 season. Here are the guys that I believe will make the most impact throughout the year and should be watched going into July.
