2028 Prospects Update: Class AAAA New Names to Know

The Cats had a good sized group of sophomores guards and wings on the JV last year and Bach was one of those players at 6'1. Bach plays a tough man's game and had a nine point showing in a game against New Prague. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='3596274' first='Cooper' last='Coatta'] of Minnetonka/Real Phenom. The next Coatta is coming and he can shoot it too. Spent his sophomore season on the Tonka varsity and is now having a really good season with the Real Phenom 16u team. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2426019' first='Gavin' last='Gustad'] of Chanhassen. Gavin is a player that we saw come off the bench and help Chan in the Prior Lake game in March by hitting multiple threes. Spent most of the season as a JV player but found his way into some varsity spots as a combo guard and helped the Storm. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2873196' first='Jackson' last='Holder'] of Owatonna/[program_tooltip program_id='2075681' first='Minnesota' last='Magic']. A 6'5 forward that is a part of a strong Owatonna sophomore class that will have a big varsity impact. Holder scored seven points a game as a sophomore and has had a good spring with the Magic. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2842007' first='Hassan' last='Kakay'] of Eden Prairie. Hassan played mostly junior varsity for EP this year but found his way onto the varsity floor in about a dozen games. A shooter at 6'1 that did hit four threes in a games this season and will be one to watch for a depth spot this winter! </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2862932' first='Gavin' last='Lucht'] of Chaska/[program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat']. Gavin is a 6'5 player that was on the Chaska junior varsity last season and is playing with the top [program_tooltip program_id='2075674' first='Minnesota' last='Heat'] team this 16u season. A 6'6, hard working guy that has caught the eye this spring is [player_tooltip player_id='2614752' first='Ian' last='Sogaard']. When we have seen Ian we have seen a high effort two rebounding guy that competes. Type of player that should pair well with [player_tooltip player_id='2848521' first='Tyler' last='Chapek'] and help the EP varsity the next two years. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
