Nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops. We are in the gym every single weekend throughout the spring and summer not just covering our own events, but also hitting some of the top circuits across the country. During this spring live evaluation period we had boots on the ground coverage at both 3SSB Session II in Mishawaka, Indiana and UAA Session II in Hamilton, Ohio. As always, we will be highlighting top performers and producing a ton of content over the next several days from our time spent at these events. Here are some of the top prospects that we saw on Saturday at 3SSB Session II in Mishawaka, Indiana.

DeRossett had a strong showing with Phenom United 16u when we were in attendance on Saturday. They ended up falling in a tough one, but the athletic 6'5" left-handed guard briefly gave his team the lead with about a minute to go by finishing a tough And-1 layup in transition. He also settled in to make a couple of three-point shots and used his size to constantly score up around the rim. The Fort Wayne Snider High School product is one to watch in the Class of 2028.

Saturday at 3SSB Session II in Mishawaka offered our first live, extended look at this sophomore guard from Valparaiso High School. [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] Basketball 16u ran into a buzzsaw against an excellent Garner Road 16u team, but Jankowski was able to find ways to score. Known as a three-point shooting threat, the 6'0" had success attacking closeouts and scoring over size with a variety of floaters and intermediate range finishes. He is clearly a highly skilled offensive player.

Johnson was one of the best players we had the chance to watch throughout the live evaluation period. The 6'3" left-handed guard has good positional size and length, displayed deep three-point range, and showed off a burst of quickness when getting downhill to his left hand. He made some really impressive, tough jump shots in a win for Atlanta Celtics 16u.

It becomes obvious very quickly why Martin was an early take for Illinois in the Class of 2027. He is an elite shooter and that was on fully displaying on Saturday at 3SSB Session II. We had the chance to see him catch fire from beyond the arc for [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] Basketball 17u and it was fun to watch. When he is feeling it there is very little the defense can do to stop him from shooting it in from deep.

McDuffey provided valuable ball handling, playmaking, and three-point shooting throughout the weekend for Indiana Elite 16u at 3SSB Session II in Mishawaka. He is a strong, bigger guard that can play through contact and is a willing passer when driving it to the basket. When playing off of the ball he was a solid catch-and-shoot threat as well. He fits in well alongside a very talented Indiana Elite backcourt.

As I tweeted in real time on Saturday, Page was absolutely one of the best players I saw during the live evaluation period. The 6'6" left-handed guard was excellent for Garner Road 17u. His big frame, which he pairs well with fluid athleticism and a high skill level, makes him an impossibly tough matchup for opponents on the perimeter. It is easy to see why he is considered one of the top prospects nationally in the Class of 2027.

Due to Indiana Elite 15u playing two games on Friday and two games on Sunday we did not have the chance to see them while at 3SSB Session II on Saturday. However, Toangel deserves a shoutout for his excellent weekend. On Sunday alone, in a pair of wins, he finished with 20 points and 4 assists followed by 17 points and 5 assists. His playmaking ability and ball skill are what make him one of the top prospects in Indiana's Class of 2029.
